The villa is spacious, modern, sunny and carefully decorated, with a capacity for seven people and equipped with an alarm system and a safe. It invites you to live in a mixture of well-being, comfort and discreet luxury.

Very spacious villa of 120 m 2 with bright rooms decorated with care and a covered terrace and pergola for meals and relaxation. Haven away from the hustle and bustle, it is ideal for calm and serenity.

With a spectacular view from the terrace of the majestic Baie du Tombeau, the villa has been designed for a friendly lifestyle.

You have a private pool 7m x 3.5m (24/24) to relax in, 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (1 master S / private shower), a separate bathroom, 1 covered terrace, 1 spacious living room opening onto the veranda, garden and a kitchen "American" modern fully equipped with access pergola, fully fenced yard and parking with closed gate.

No charge, the maid comes 2x / week. However she can also make - on request and at €10 to €15 - carefully prepared and varied small dishes .

Getting there
The villa is located beside the SEA on the coastal road Baie du Tombeau 2kms of 4 channels, leading to the north of the island.

Airport 50 kms (allow 45 minutes to 55 minutes by car or taxi) by the new "fast track"road that avoids Port Louis.

Possibility of TRANSFER by minibus airport for ALL the occupants (7 people + luggage) for a fee of 120 euros for the arrival and departure. Booking and payment in advance, 10 days before arrival.
