We didn't lack anything: an oyster knife and a whisk to make the mayo (the essentials!)
Quality household appliances.
Little extra for yoga/meditation lovers: a wicker zafu: super comfortable!

The owners are very welcoming and the information concerning the different activities to do during the stay is very present and interesting. We are seriously considering returning there in June 2023 because the island of Oléron is splendid and its restaurants are super nice.
Stay well spent in an exceptional silence.
The setting is very pretty, beaches nearby. Good start for bike rides.

Very nice house, well located.
The equipment level of the house is very satisfying.
Very good bedding
Pleasant stay. We will return. Another plus: the contact with the owner is very cordial.
Lovely stay in a rental comply with the description.
My only complaints would be to report the following:
- Lack lighting when you arrive in the main room next to Republic Square
- Missing smoke detector (required)
- Away from the main room toilet
But it did not empéché us to enjoy the rental and have a very good contact with the owner.

As for the lighting, the main room (living room) is equipped with five points including a light to the left of the entrance.
The toilet is not actually located on the side of the room but they are next to the rooms, they also overlook the terrace which gives every room in the house.
En ce qui concerne l'éclairage, la pièce principale (séjour) est équipée de cinq points d'éclairage dont un placé à gauche en entrant.
Les toilettes ne sont effectivement pas situées du côté du séjour mais elles sont du côté des chambres, elles donnent également sur la terrasse sur laquelle donne chaque pièce de la maison.
The enclosed terrace is ideal for rest and eat, it is sunny and shaded.
Good stay.
The house is in conformity with the description in the ad, very clean (new bedding and healthy which is quite rare!) And very pleasant even in the autumn period in which we rented (each room has a small heater if necessary ). We would definitely go back!
We particularly enjoyed a small local market 2 minutes: local producers, oysters, mmmm! The beach is 10 minutes walk. Tobacco and bakery are also very close. Lots of activities around: fishing, walking, sea fishing, firm kiwi, winemakers, horse rides, visits to villages and the island of Aix, cycling etc, etc...
The owner is very nice. There is a possibility to recover the keys at Paris.
The result: a wonderful holiday! We were really sad to leave at the end of the holidays ...
The location of the house is very quiet while the market and bakery nearby, and more importantly the sea and a beautiful beach.
I hope to go back next year, September is a good month to get to go, the softness of the air and the beautiful light on the island I have done very well.
