Located 2 km from the town of Palmela and between three of the most important national protected areas: the Natural Park of Arrábida, the Natural Reserve of the Sado Estuary, Nature Reserve and the Tagus estuary. Various points of interest (Palmela Castle among others). Wonderful local cuisine (azeitão cheese, various wines, yew's butter, etc.), Wine route of Setúbal Peninsula, local crafts (tiling, artistic pottery, basketry, etc.).
