The rented part of the house is on the left side of the blue line (photo 2):
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (4 beds 90x200 and 1 double bed 160x200 cm -new mattresses) + bathroom/toilet.

Downstairs: Living room and kitchen of 42 m² in total + separate WC+
Garage for bikes for a total of 95m²

In the kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, freezer, oven. Also washing machine, dvd/USB/HDMI player, TV (15 UK channels), garden deckchairs, bbq, 1 cot.
Included 6 bikes: 3 adult + 3 children's bikes:
(for baby: travel bed 120x60, highchair, security gates...)

Fully enclosed garden of 1000m³
Traffic-free street/area. Just 700 m from many shops and Hardelot centre. Easy parking
To get to the beach (150m), there is a small path without roads.

No pets allowed. Non-smoking indoors. Bedsheets not supplied
Minimum 1 week (saturday-saturday) from April till end september + Xmas holidays.

On the right side of the garage, there is an independant flat. Electricity/ water/ heater/ main entrance is separate and noise-proof. No interaction between the 2 premises. This flat will stay vacant UNLESS you rent it for 50% of the cost of the large part. Capacity for 4 people. 2 bedrooms- Photos and information on request.
We won't rent it to anyone else if you decide not to use it.
