Architecturally designed chalet located at the foot of the Aravet-Serre-Chevalier 1400 skifield. Attachyour skis to set off and return directly by the piste called Mickey! Of stone and wood construction the chalet has 5 half-levels as detailed below.
Ground Floor : living room of approx.50 m2 with log burner, 2 large tables with wooden bench seats and sofas; fully-equipped kitchen with double sink, oven, microwave, refrigerator-freezer and ample cupboard space; hall cupboard; separate toilet; cellar access; independent studio with twin beds 2x 0.90m , shower, wash-hand basin and second toilet.
Second Level : Large double bedroom of approx. 30 m2 with ensuite including bath, shower, wash-hand basin and large cupboard. Possibility to sleep a baby (bed not provided).
Third Level : 3 twin bedrooms including 1 bedroom with mezzanine overlooking the ground floor living room; separate toilet and 2 additional bathrooms with shower and wash-hand basin.
4th Level : bathroom with toilet and wash-hand basin; attic bedroom with single bunk beds and velux looking out on to the Mickey piste.
5th.Level : large mezzanine looking out a with cascade effect on to the first level and the ground floor living room; reading corner; large bedroom of 20 m2 with twin beds and single bunk beds, having a view of the old village, La Salle.
Cellar : TV room of 30 m2 with large screen television and internet; washing machine; dry machine.
Large garden with south/south easterly exposition and access to the piste !!
Two garages available, covered and closed.
