38 m2 studio located on the 1st floor of a small residence, 200 m from the beach and 50 m from the center of the resort (parallel to the pedestrian street).
Apartment with balcony and private parking. Living room with a convertible sofa (2 places), kitchenette, an alcove bedroom with 2 single beds and a wardrobe, bathroom with bath, separate toilet.
Equipment: 2 electric hotplates, fridge with small freezer compartment, mini oven and microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster, washing machine and dishwasher, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. A table, two benches, television and cupboard, balcony with a table and 4 chairs.
Designed for 4 people maximum. Pets are not allowed in the residence.

Reservations from Sunday to Sunday in high season, one week minimum.
Out of season, more flexible but minimum 3 nights. Period with heating: EDF meter reading and billing.
