This house is very pretty, very well equipped, tasteful. Everything you will need is there. Lots of bath linen is comfortable, good bedding, good storage, the swimming pool is superb too.
Everything is OK.
Area of improvement proposed: provide towels for the pool would be a little more.
Location to recommend.
Nothing to say, home top that has the necessary for a family (washing machine, dishwasher, barbecue ...), really good pool and the safety barrier is not easy to open by children really well!
Close to shops, the highway and the beach is 12min by car.
If I had to find a negative point it might be the lack of activity equipment (and again when we were leaving a ping-pong table had just been delivered).
I would stay there again without hesitation !!
The villa is really top, fully equipped as at home (internet, appliances, French and Portuguese channels ...).
The people managing the villa are very friendly and available (and speak French, which can help).
The villa is located in a quiet environment and the kids loved the pool.
The nearest shopping center is 2 minutes by car, Marine Zoo 5 minutes away.
We will be back without any problem !!!

Very complicated tourist, as far as the swimming pool is concerned, it was well planned to come by the Piscinist once a week, but he wanted us to come by every day, which we were almost obliged to do and he exaggerated on the condition of the swimming pool, swimming pool like new, I invite you to check.
In addition, we never said and announced that there was a closed garage, but parking spaces that belong to the house, not overlooked in the countryside.
Also regarding the barbecue it worked very well, but he was expecting a gas barbecue.
Also concerning the air conditioning, it was always planned and notified in the contract that it was in addition, from the departure to the entrance we make contradictory readings at the level of the sub-meters for the air conditioning.
I do not recommend this tourist and he will no longer be accepted at my house or at one of my friends who also have disrespectful rentals

Touriste très compliqué, pour ce qui est de la piscine c'était bien prévu passage du Pisciniste 1 fois par semaine , mais il voulait que l'on passe tout les jours, ce qu'on été presque obligé de faire et il exagérait sur l'état de la piscine, piscine comme neuve je vous invite à vérifier.
De plus, on a jamais dit et annoncé qu'il y avait un garage fermé, mais des places de stationnements qui appartienne à la maison, aucun vis à vis a la campagne.
De plus concernant le barbecue il fonctionnait très bien, mais lui s'attendait un barbecue à gaz.
Aussi concernant la climatisation, ça toujours été prévu et notifié dans le contrat que c'était en plus, du départ à l'entrée on fait des relevées contradictoire au niveau des sous compteurs pour la climatisation.
Je ne recommande pas ce touriste et il ne sera plus accepté chez moi ou chez l'un de mes amies qui ont aussi des locations personnes irrespectueux
