Holiday home Orosei
The house is ideal for those who want to spend time in a completely safe rural environment far from the noise of the city.
It is located 1.5 km from Orosei (in the direction of Siniscola) on the Gulf of Orosei on the east coast of Sardinia, just 1500 meters from the beach and 350 meters from the nearest road.
The house is the smallest of the two houses: a typical house of the area but recently fully renovated, it is a one-story building with two bedrooms, living-dining room (with fireplace and TV), bathroom and fully equipped kitchen) with outside showers around the house. In front of the house there is a large shaded terrace bordered by eucalyptus trees to relax and have a barbecue.
Orosei is a large town that offers all the infrastructure and shopping.
The house is suitable for up to 6 people (optimal 4). From the house to the sea it is 1500 m as the crow flies and 2000 m walk. The path to the beach leads first to the romantic Rio Cedrino, which flows here (absolutely clean). This is followed by a long 7.5 km long sandy beach with a beautiful shaded pine forest.
Both houses overlook a hill with olive trees in a large area owned by the family. The view at the front goes to an organic orchard of fruit trees. The nearest beach to the house is the famous beach of Su Petrosu (on Barone), the long sandy beach is just steps away
