Clean accommodation, very functional, lots of space and comfort, very beautiful view, proximity to the center, elevator, great proximity to the city center and very warm welcome and support from the manager.
We will come back here for sure.
Very pleasant and functional apartment.
We regret a concern with a neighbor from another building: the parking lot in front of the apartment is not reserved for us, difficult to understand.
the only 2 small downsides are: the parking lot (too bad the places are not named) and the rooms a little small for our taste, especially the bedding.

Only "downside ": the living room, large living room, is equipped with only one radiator, which seems a little tight to ensure a comfortable temperature in the event of very cold.

Following the last general assembly, the base on the ground was lowered by 4 ° C and it only works from 01/11 to 31/03. Until now, it has provided 18 ° C all winter. An auxiliary oil-bath radiator has been added to the apartment in order to compensate for this modification and the vagaries of the inter-season weather.

Suite à la dernière assemblée générale, la base au sol a été baissée de 4°C et elle ne fonctionne que du 01/11 au 31/03. Elle assurait jusqu'ici 18°C tout l'hiver. Un radiateur d'appoint à bain d'huile a été ajouté dans l'appartement afin de palier à cette modification et aux aléas météo d'intersaison.
Toutes mes excuses pour les désagréments que vous avez pu subir.

A very pleasant stay.
We were able to enjoy the large terrace overlooking a magnificent view.
It is quite possible to get to the city center on foot quite quickly (around 10 short minutes).
I used the room to store my roof box and my bike, it's very useful.
The concierge service is particularly useful for us who arrived on a Sunday. The person was very nice.
There is no designated parking space with the apartment, which could be inconvenient at times, but we have always managed to park in front of the residence.
You will not have any bad surprises with this accommodation, we recommend it without hesitation.
