Il Terrazzo is a 300 sq.m nobleman's house centrally located in the township of Radicondoli, ideal for stays of large group of travelers and multiple families.

There are large corridors that lead to the numerous rooms with high ceilings, terracotta floors and furnished in original Tuscan style, with ancient marble staircase that leads you to the rooms on the first floor.

There are 2 living rooms with open fireplaces, a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area and a large fireplace that can be used to cook 'Bistecca' -the unique Tuscan steak. It has a total of 5 bedrooms, 4 twin bedrooms and 1 single bedroom and 2 double sofa beds in the living room. Bedrooms are beautifully furnished, have antique wardrobes and provide A/C. There are 4 full bathrooms with showers and all the bathrooms have modern fittings. There is a balcony and a terrace where guests can enjoy the Tuscan sunshine.

The spacious 45 sq.m terrace facing south-east is furnished with lounge furniture, table and chairs for outdoor dining on the terrace, a barbecue and automatic awning. Ideal for relaxing outdoors as there is sunshine most of the day and the evenings are cool and pleasant, providing a breathtaking view on the hills and valleys of Siena spread out before them.

The house also has a private swimming pool facing the hills, which is great in the hot Tuscan summers.
