Villa 20 Miglia is a charming villa surrounded by greenery and tastefully decorated. Ideal for guests who are attentive to details, looking for a location that can guarantee relaxation and privacy, between sea and nature.
Located 20 meters from the beach Cicirata and embellished with 700 m of garden composed of meadow, tropical plants and olive trees.
Inside it has three bedrooms including one double and the other two with single beds. On request you can add more beds for a maximum of 7 guests. It also boasts a panoramic living room, a luminous kitchen equipped with utensils, bathroom with bathtub and double service with large shower cubicle.
It also has a carefully furnished outdoor kitchen, a rustic area with oven and barbecue and beautiful outdoor shower.
Elegant location very close to one of the most beautiful sea points in Avola, with a long beach that reaches Contrada Calabernardo.
Possibility of excursions by boat, visits to wineries and tasting of typical local products. Excursions to the main points of interest: Noto, Siracusa, Modica, Ragusa, Palazzolo Acreide, Cavagrande, reserve of Avengers, San Lorenzo Marzamemi etc. etc. Transfer service to and from CT airport.
