ideally located in the city center and close to the sea with its two entrances.
We love the neighborhood where all the shops, cafes and restaurants coexist.
There is a beautiful terrace equipped for sunbathing.
In addition, the possibility of parking your car right in front of the app, a rare thing in Nice-ville.
The owner is responsive and very attentive.
In short, delighted with our stay. We will return!

Apartment in a quiet and secure residence (entrance gate with badge), very clean, superbly located, close to all amenities.
The apartment is functional and fully equipped, nothing is missing, and the icing on the cake, beaches and the Promenade des Anglais 100 meters away, this quiet apartment has the advantages of the city without the drawbacks.
