The house is surrounded by the beautiful waters of the Ionian Sea, and is located in the resort of Cicirata, including Avola town of which it forms part, capital of almonds and Nero d'Avola, 3 km away and Noto 6 km away, famous for its Baroque buildings.

The house is totally independent. It has a large garden, which dominates the entire beach and overlooks a limestone cliff with small coves, known as Cape Giorgi. It has all that is needed for a relaxing stay.

A few meters (90m) from our house, there is a quiet beach of Cicirata, characterized by fine sand and a stunningly crystal clear sea.

The beach is "free" and only offers small bathing facilities.
