Desire benefits from another world.
The washing machine (used) was changed in the day after its so-called failure.
As for the use of the old, it worked simply press the button; I stayed there for the duration of the laundry without it stops.
Electricity standards have been strengthened (although compliant).
Since the apartment has been completely redone.
In summary unsuspectable tenants.
Pour se faire payer à l'arrivée … chèque avec ordre erroné.
Désirent des prestations d'un autre monde.
La machine à laver (usagée) a été changée dans le jour suivant sa soit disant panne.
Quant à l'usage de l'ancienne, celle ci fonctionnait il faut simplement appuyer sur le bon bouton; je suis resté présent durant toute la durée de la lessive sans que celle ci s'arrête.
L'électricité aux normes a été renforcée (bien que conforme).
Depuis l'appartement à été totalement refait.
En résumé des locataires non recommandables.

The Service Quality rating is based on guest satisfaction, the ad's history, the outcomes of any quality enquiries, and management of the rental in question. All these factors give us an objective overview of the ad's reliability and the quality of the property.
Apart from the most recent ads, it's quite normal that the majority of ads get a good or excellent rating. In effect, ads that are not objective or are unreliable are quickly identified and subjected to\ a quality enquiry. If the complaints made about the rental are confirmed, the problem will either be corrected (ad altered or rental improved) or the ad will be removed from the site.
