This house is in a quiet place surrounded by trees and maquis, through which you can see the sea. The local beach was quiet too for our stay and is of a good size and a pleasant walk away. The two terraces of the house means that there is always somewhere comfortable to sit or eat outside at any time of day. Inside, the house is superbly equipped with everything you could wish for and everything was absolutely clean. The owner, Patrick, was very welcoming and attentive, yet not intrusive. We would stay again without hesitation.
We spent a wonderful week at this house. It is an excellent rental: exceptionally well constructed, well furnished and well equipped. It is one of the very best holiday rentals we have found during a long history of renting. It is in a lovely situation with views out to sea and over the cliffs to the south of Bréhec. It is close to the port (with two very welcoming restaurants) although making the journey on foot involves a steep descent and return.
The house was exactly as advertised and the owner provided helpful support and advice throughout (there is also a very helpful guide to the house and the area in the villa itself). The garden is also a pleasure, including the fruit trees.
The owner has a local representative who provided all the support that we needed - and we appreciated the welcoming delicacies that greeted our arrival
Although there are no shops in Bréhec itself, there is a bakery and pharmacy in the nearest town (Plouezec) and more shops and a substantial (Wednesday) market at Plouha.

This apartment was very good, clean and provided with all we needed. The owner was there like we've agreed. Good explanation of the goings in the apartment and in La Baulle. Very central situated apartment. Very good place for a holiday with a great view to the beach.

We had a lovely holiday at Les Mimosas. Everything was spotlessly clean and the apartment was well equipped. Our hostess made us feel very welcome, with fresh fruit and supplies on arrival and was very flexible in accommodating our arrival time, even though our flight had been delayed. The views from the balcony were great, and our children enjoyed the swimming pools and nearby beaches. It was a great location in a beautiful, peaceful spot. Would definitely recommend.
The villa matched the pictures and description. The view was fabulous and the terrace was large and spacious with both sun and shade. The nearby beach was wide and child friendly. The owner, Daniela L., was incredibly helpful and friendly - a very pleasant landlord.
We really enjoyed our stay at this house in Andrano. Big clean, and Luigi and Lucilla were so nice to us. It was close to the sea, and some bars and restaurants. Would absolutely recommend this house!
Fabulous time here. Have visited the region before about 15 years ago and always had a hankering to go back. The owners, Benoit and Corinne, are so friendly and made us so welcome and went out of their way to get the keys to us when we missed the ferry and arrived at 0130 at their house even though they had work the next day.
Lots of beach stuff at the house which we had the freedom to use.
Cannot speak highly enough of this holiday house or the owners. Hope to meet them again: either in Vendee or in Scotland.
Such a clean spacious modern apartment with lovely touches - we were so surprised.!
Huge terrace gives views down to the huge pool area and sea beyond. Quick walk over the hill to Cala Tarida beach too! The apartment had bat n ball and umbrellas etc which we used on the beach.
The bedroom is very small but is as shown on the pics - I wouldn’t recommend if you were tall!
The restaurant wasn’t open when we were there but may be worth noting the opening hours for your stay as your terrace is above it. During our stay we had no one either side but did have people above, which you can hear!
However these things didn’t spoil our stay and we would definitely return and recommend.
This is a very comfortable house. The small development of Troc Pinell is very pleasant, with easy access to the nearby cove, which is a perfect place for sea-swimming. The house is very well equipped, with everything needed for a self-catering holiday. The outside spaces, both cour and terrace, are ideal.
The young woman from the village who greeted us on arrival to show us around, could not have been more friendly, nor more helpful. All in all, this was a most satisfying holiday experience. We would happily recommend the property to others, and we certainly hope to return.
Our stay at this lovely Barfleur home was perfect for us! There was plenty of room for our family of seven to sleep comfortably. The home was very clean and well stocked with all the supplies that we needed, and was situated across from the beautiful harbour and just down the street from the town, which had several wonderful restaurants and shops. Valerie was extremely helpful in setting up our stay and making sure that we were greeted upon arrival on our first day. The best part for us was the serenity of the location! Our stay was quiet and peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of the city life that we normally live. We enjoyed putting together a jigsaw puzzle, walking along the harbour, and eating in the local restaurants, which were delicious. The home was absolutely charming and impeccably kept up. We will definitely stay there again when we return to France. The only issue for us was the distance from the American Cemetery in Colville-Sur-Mer. We were not prepared for the long drive, but at this time of year, it’s difficult to find any accommodations in Normandy so we were grateful to have a place to stay which was able to accommodate our large family. Having found Barfleur, we now see it’s charm and would definitely stay there again. One other note: this property is not set up for anyone with disabilities other than on the first floor. There is a bedroom on the first floor and a bathroom on the first floor but otherwise all of the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the second and third floors with no lift. Thank you Valerie for making our stay such a pleasant one and for welcoming us to the lovely Barfleur home!
We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. Christine was lovely and warmly welcomed us. The location was perfect, everything we needed was in walking distance and we loved Antibes! The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was well equipped. We will definitely be back soon.
If location and sunshine are what you are looking for this is the place for you. A joy to wake up to the view in the morning and go to sleep to the sound of the sea.
We have had the most wonderful relaxing time in this apartment and the owner was joy to deal with.
The property is exactly as described in the prospectus. It has a sensational location overlooking the bay of Le Loc'h - where the harbour is a source of constant interest. The views to the sea from all the rooms - and from the south facing terrace are wonderful. A thoughtful touch was the provision of a pair of binoculars.
The house is well equipped (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) and the domestic facilities are to a good standard (well-equipped kitchen, washing machine, etc).. The house is furnished in a comfortable style (again as visible in the photos).
The village has an excellent creperie, and Plogoff (at 3km) has an exceptional bakery together with a small friday morning market..
Finally, we were delighted to meet the owners who were charming and thoughtful.
Excellent location in old part of Annecy, with running water right below the windows. Requires climbing two flights of stairs. No A/C, but none was needed during our stay. Outside noise was not a problem even though this is a heavily tourist and nightlife district. Ample restaurants within walking distance. Public parking garage available about a six minute walk away. A five day parking fee cost 45 euros. No free parking anywhere near except from 7PM to 9AM and except Sundays. Seven minute walk to the lake, but no view of it from the apartment. There were two bedrooms, but we only used one and the bed quality was good. The owner was very accommodating.
Apartment is excellent! The view from the window is wonderful. Everything in the kitchen work, room was clean, bathroom was clean too. In the apartment there are two beach chairs and one umbrella, so you don't have to buy it in the supermarket. Also you can have dinner on the roof of this appartment, where you can watch a wonderful view on the sea, or just can take a sunbathing.
So, I recommend this appartment to stay in!
