Too bad that on arrival the information given by the 2 young women was too brief, not too much information on the parking space and how to access it as well as for the ski room.
At the end when we did the cleaning the vacuum cleaner was full but we did not find any vacuum cleaner bags to change it. Maybe you should empty it and put in a new vacuum cleaner bag.
The rendering of the rental, on the other hand, made by the gentleman went perfectly well.

Kitchen equipment, cleaning ... more than enough.

We are delighted that you enjoyed the apartment as well as the Super besse station.
Also, despite the distance, we try to make the stay of our tenants as pleasant as possible and are always a little frustrated at not being able to welcome them personally.

No complaints about the administrative monitoring of rent by the owners (before & after) everything is square and it is very nice!
In summary: excellent holiday for us and we will be back!
great nice terrace and garages (one has been able to give gifts to the ... 24) and away which allowed us to load the car nice and dry despite the falling snow in abundance last day.
Terrace and garage well appreciated.
the toaster did not work; brush vacuum is pierced; 8 there are chairs and non balcony 10.
These remarks are in no way disturbed our stay.
We gladly return.
