Clean and very well equipped apartment; perfect mattress.
Everything advertised worked.
Immediate proximity to the beach.
We were very well received by his host.

The accommodation was very clean, and well equipped (TV, tassimo, internet, air conditioning).
The owner was always there for our comfort during our stay.
The accommodation is located close to all shops, and geographically well located in the middle of the island to discover all of Guadeloupe. We will come back to this beautiful place again.

The kitchen on the terrace is nice, shame about the view of the parking lot, but in fact it is very quiet and there is no opposite.
The private parking for the car is materialized and it is very convenient as little space to park outside the residence.
We know the residence Yuccas for 5 years and have been redone exterior painting, group interview ... It's clean.
We recommend renting this studio and were very touched by the kindness of the owner.
