Larapiana is a little corner of paradise and, like all the corners of paradise, has its angel: Giovanna is a refined and elegant woman, attentive, thoughtful, available ... a real LADY, as few and rare if they meet a day today. We spent a wonderful holiday, unforgettable for us and our little girls ... THANKS!

The terrace is its strong point, but it becomes impractical on very windy days.
The owner is a very helpful and pleasant person.
The only neo (but it does not depend on either the owner or the house ...) is that if you do not like the resorts with animation let it go. We thought that in September they ended up - while not being guests of neighboring villages - we were forced to "undergo " high-volume music and comment on activities that genuinely "disturb " a bit the holiday in such a beautiful place. To overcome the inconvenience, you walked a little bit further to reach the most isolated part of the beach.
Perhaps this aspect has to be pointed out in the presentation card of the house. Surely there are many people who like it, but we are looking for places without entertainment.

The only flaw the position for those in need of services there are none near away at least 5 km in Capo Rizzuto that never open before 8:30.
The beach is nice but if you do not use any umbrellas and shroud of establishments have difficulties because most of it is occupied only by them.
crystal blue sea ... Deep immediately so not really very suitable for kids but great for fishing and diving ...
The house as the location is exactly what is described on the site.
I can say that both the apartment, the apartment on the first floor, which the head of the beach Small have remained in our hearts and I hope to be back.
It 'surely the ideal destination for those who want peace, tranquility, sea, beach and amazing sunsets or sunrises.
All within a perfect apartment, clean, brand new and equipped with everything and where anything is missing the owner, Ms Giovanna, will provide what is requested.
The apartments on the first floor are characterized by the terrace where besides eating it spends time offering a spectacular view of the entire gulf.
Finally a special mention Mrs. Giovanna, accurate, timely, helpful and always attentive to the guests and their needs without becoming cumbersome or intrusive.
Always attentive to the care of the residence and common areas.
And 'everything exactly as described including the proximity to the beach or beach house!

The apartment that was assigned to us had just been renovated, like others of the same property, and possessed everything they need for a relaxing holiday.
The house is directly across the sea from the terrace (covered and of considerable size) you can enjoy a lovely view of the small Capo Bay / beach (the website pictures do not do it well enough beauty of the place).
The availability of Ms Giovanna was exemplary for solving small problems of a structure recently restored.
The location is ideal for holidays both "on site", given the proximity of the beach (the sea is crystal clear as in the rest of Calabria) and key (minimarket services with international newspapers) and as a base to visit nearby places (Crotone, Capo Colonna and Le Castella, Capo Rizzuto, ...) and for access to other beautiful beaches in the area (Le Cannella, Curmo, beaches Rosse, Le Castella, ...).
In the area there are several catering facilities (restaurants, pizzerias andagriturismo) who practice the very competitive prices compared to other Italian places, even in the south.
Finally, do not underestimate the convenience of the airport of Crotone Sant'Anna which is about fifteen minutes away.
