Rooms measure: being in 2 more pairs an adult and a child, perhaps the space is a bit 'sacrificed, but we adapted well.
Owners friendly and always available.
No complaints. Big cockroach on the way home.
Great location of the building near the beach.

The apartment is a bit 'Spartan (without shower box, washing machine in the basement in common, no air conditioning, no iron) but it is large and livable, with beautiful balconies.
