The chalet was lovely and comfortable.
It is in a great quiet situation with local ameneties and attractions.
We would be more than happy to recommend it to friends and return ourselves.
We stayed in the chalet with 8 adults and 6 children. The chalet was comfortably furnished. Everything we needed for our stay was there. The location close to the Chattrix lift is perfect. The contact with the landlord was impeccable. Thank you for the lovely time in this chalet.
Wir waren mit 8 Erwachsenen und 6 Kindern im Chalet. Das Chalet war gemütlich eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt brauchten. Die nahe Lage zum Lift Chattrix ist perfekt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war tadellos.

Magnificent. Nothing to complain about. .Apartment very well located, well equipped and very bright. The proximity of pedestrian shopping streets is significant. We never tire of the splendid view from the balcony. The garage is an undeniable asset. The owner of the apartment is very attentive. We highly recommend this apartment.

very friendly landlord, nice apartment with good furnishings and beautiful views, near hypermarche and restaurants asmede harbor, municipal swimming pool with good facilities and swimming in lake within walking distance. Even during the very hot days, the apartment remained cool even without air conditioning. Deposit was immediately refunded in cash at the end of the rental. Highly recommended.
zeer vriendelijke verhuurder, mooi apartement met goede inrichting en prachtig uitzicht, vlakbij hypermarche en restaurants asmede haven, gemeentelijke zwembad met goede voorzieningen en zwemmen in meer op loopafstand. Ook gedurende de zeer warme dagen bleef het appartement ook zonder airco koel. Borgsom werd meteen aan het eind van de huur contant terugbetaald.. Zeer aanbevelenswaardig.

We had an excellent stay at Mr. N's. The house is one of the nicest and best equipped. absolutely as advertised; the owners are very available and very discreet, the fact that they live on the floor of the house does not interfere in any way, because the access is not the same. the exterior is the strong point: view of Lake Geneva, the Swiss mountains and Switzerland, the countryside and the mountains., shady places, sunny places, there is something for everyone, tables for the little ones lunch, for an aperitif, and always in communion with nature. ditto for walks, villages and valleys close and easy to access, idyllic mountain setting, and shores of Lake Geneva equipped for walks and seaside stays; we have adored !!! I highly recommend !!
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Monsieur N.. la maison est des plus agréables et des mieux équipées. absolument conforme à l'annonce; les propriétaires sont très disponibles et trés discrets, le fait qu'ils habitent l'étage de la maison ne gène en rien ,car l'accès n'est pas le même. l'extérieur est le point fort : vue sur le lac Léman, sur les montagnes suisses et la Suisse, sur la campagne et sur la montagne., endroits ombragés, endroits ensoleillés, il y en a pour tous les gouts, tables pour le petit dej, pour l'apéro, et toujours en communion avec la nature. idem pour les balades, villages et vallées proches et faciles d’accès, cadre de montagne idyllique, et rives du lac Léman aménagées pour des promenades et des séjours balnéaires; nous avons adoré !!! Je recommande vivement !!

Perfect welcome by Maria. Apartment conforms to the description and very functional. We were 4 adults and 2 toddlers + a dog. We will definitely go back. Quiet building and very close to the city center less than 5 min walk and a small casino. Really very good.

We were fully satisfied with the very clean apartment with a large room with cupboard and the bedroom with a very nice cupboard for storage, as well as a box available which is not negligible for parking with the exceptional view on Lake Geneva and the port pedestrian street 2 steps The owner is kind and attentive. Without hesitation we will come back to this rental.

We have rented this apartment for the 3rd year in a row. The location and the view of the lake are just perfect. 100 meters from the pedestrian and the funicular that goes down to the port and easy access to the shops. An underground garage is included in the rental, but the car is rarely needed. The apartment is simple, modern and very well maintained. Very large living room communicating with the kitchen. The terrace is perfect for having breakfast with a breathtaking view from the 5th floor over the harbor and the lake. The bedroom is at the rear in a quiet area with a large double wardrobe. Serious, friendly and 100% reliable owner. We will definitely be back in 2022.
Nous avons loué cet appartement pour la 3ème année consécutive. L'emplacement et la vue sur le lac sont juste parfaits. A 100 mètres du piétonniers et du funiculaire qui descend vers le port et un accès aisé vers les commerces. Un garage souterrain est inclus dans la location mais on a rarement besoin de la voiture. L'appartement est sobre, moderne et très bien entretenu. Très grand séjour communiquant avec la cuisine. La terrasse est parfaite pour prendre le petit-déjeuner avec vue imprenable du 5ème étage sur le port et le lac. La chambre est à l'arrière au calme avec une grande armoire double.
Propriétaire sérieux, sympa et 100% fiables. Nous y reviendrons certainement en 2022.

pretty chalet, best arranged, very well placed in a very quiet street. The view from the living room on the lake is magnificent. The garden with barbecue and hammock invites to rest. A few minutes drive from the large sandy beach of Exceneveix. The owner is available and very discreet. We would love to come back.

Very nice apartment, spacious equipment corresponding to the description. We made good use of the air conditioning and the large terrace. The very popular secure underground garage, shops and the town center are 10 minutes away on foot. Our stay was very pleasant
