Great location - a minute walk from the lake and 5 minutes walk to the old town. Very comfortable accommodation and everything you need for your stay. Supermarket in walking distance - 10 minutes.
Parking fees have been introduced so there is a slight extra cost if you have a car but it was 7 Euro per day and free Sunday. There are a few free parking spaces in the next road but there was an event on by the lake so it was closed off for a few days. However it is easy to pay with an app and I paid the night before if we didn't want to head out before 9 a.m.
Lovely area and the apartment was a good base for us.
Excellent location in old part of Annecy, with running water right below the windows. Requires climbing two flights of stairs. No A/C, but none was needed during our stay. Outside noise was not a problem even though this is a heavily tourist and nightlife district. Ample restaurants within walking distance. Public parking garage available about a six minute walk away. A five day parking fee cost 45 euros. No free parking anywhere near except from 7PM to 9AM and except Sundays. Seven minute walk to the lake, but no view of it from the apartment. There were two bedrooms, but we only used one and the bed quality was good. The owner was very accommodating.
Small very friendly rental and owner really attentive to all our various requests both on the rental and on the visits to be made in the surroundings. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again.

Rental corresponding to the ad. Very friendly owner, very discreet in a quiet area. Small shopping center very close with all possible amenities. Appliances in very good condition. 5 minutes by car from the old town, otherwise you can walk along the promenade along the Thiou.

The apartment is in all respects as advertised, the location very good, about twenty minutes on foot from the lake and close to several bus lines. The owner is very friendly, easily reachable and above all very friendly! He and his wife offered to take care of putting our clothes in the wash and to pick us up/drop us off when we arrived and when we left, which was really very nice and helped us out a lot! All in all, a great stay, which I highly recommend. Thanks again !
L'appartement est en tout point conforme à l'annonce, l'emplacement très bien, à une vingtaine de minutes à pieds du lac et à proximité de plusieurs lignes de bus. Le propriétaire est très sympathique, facilement joignable et surtout très aimable ! Lui et sa femme nous ont proposé de s'occuper de mettre notre linge à laver et de venir nous chercher/nous déposer au moment de l'arrivée et du départ, ce qui était vraiment très gentil et nous a beaucoup dépanné ! Un super séjour en somme, que je recommande chaudement. Encore merci !
Ideal location, right in front of the lake and close to the old town. Very clean and very well insulated (acoustic) apartment. Comfortable bedding and fully equipped kitchen. In short, I recommend this rental without a doubt. The Owner informs you and explains everything you need in a very warm way. Easy parking nearby (paying but "cheap")... don't hesitate, I'll be back!
Emplacement idéal, juste en face du lac et à proximité de la vieille ville. Appartement très propre et très bien isolé (acoustique). Literie confortable et cuisine super équipée. Bref je recommande cette location sans aucun doute. La Propriétaire vous renseigne et vous explique tout ce dont vous avez besoin de manière très chaleureuse. Parking aisé tout proche (payant mais "bon marché")... n'hésitez pas, moi j'y retournerai!

Perfect rental. Everything is in accordance with the description. The apartment is not very far from the center. Great stay for us in the middle of the beautiful works of Julia. We were in low season so no problem with parking. We will stay there again if we come to Annecy.
Location parfaite. Tout est conforme au descriptif. L'appartement n'est pas très éloigné du centre. Super séjour pour nous au milieu des belles oeuvres de Julia. Nous étions en basse saison, donc pas de problème pour le parking. Nous y reviendrons si nous venons à Annecy.

Functional accommodation for 6 people, shower room upstairs a little low for older teenagers, but no worries they squatted ours (?). Housing super well placed, so close to the beach of Albigny, and above all a great luxury, two parking spaces inside the courtyard, which closes with a gate. A bistro bar restaurant as a neighbor but which caused no noise nuisance. I recommend this rental
Logement fonctionnel pour 6 personnes, salle de douche à l’étage un peu basse pour de grands ados, mais pas de soucis ils ont squattés la nôtre (😉) .
Logement super bien placé, si proche de la plage d’Albigny, et surtout un grand luxe, deux places de stationnement à l’intérieur de la cour, qui ferme par un portail .
Un bistrot bar restaurant comme voisin mais qui ne nous a causé aucune nuisance sonore.
