We found the house with a new conditioner, quiet and very efficient.
Kitchen complete with oven, cooking plate, fridge with freezer, everything working perfectly, including the washing machine, the appliances are placed on the veranda, so as not to cook at home.
Beautiful swimming pools, one of which with hydromassage, even though we were there only once, the sea is definitely more attractive, but the pools for those who want to use them there are
Richard as always proved to be very helpful, he even accompanied us to the airport for our departure, as well as making us find a delicious tray of fresh fruit on our arrival.
We are back for the excellent value for money, for its location, perfect for all the excursions you want to do, with agencies right next to the house, departures for Petit Terre, we recommend AWAK, the cheapest fun guaranteed, excursions to Ilet Caret, Les Santes, the latter with fast motorboats, wonderful excursions with barbecues on the islands or on the same speedboat, excellent diving, Plongee adviceCaribeenne, all this and more, in the immediate vicinity, a pleasant walk to the Marina and you will find everything, even the super market.
A few minutes drive to the beautiful beach of Point de Chateaux, the Caravels, Gossier, Saint Ann etc .....,
Not least the fish market, where you can buy the best fresh fish at really good prices.
In the evening, in addition to the wide choice of restaurants and bars, there is no shortage of more economic solutions thanks to the many vans in the area of the fish, sandwich, bokito and beer market at more than reasonable prices.
Do not miss the market at the roundabout on Tuesday evening.
However, we recommend renting a car to get around better, this year we wanted to try to use the bus, being the station and the stop very close to the house, but they are not very reliable, long waits and often not run on time. Saturdays are reduced and there is no run on Sunday.
What else to say? for us now Richard is a point of reference, when we return it will be a pleasure to return to HIM.

Located within the marina of Saint Francoise.
Simply furnished, comfortable and functional balcony kitchen, we cooked fish every night.
Wide choice of shops, restaurants, cafes, and excursion agencies, supermarket, and ferry terminal, in the immediate vicinity,
Fish market accessible on foot, recommended for the purchase of fresh fish at an affordable price.
Possibility of parking for the car in the surroundings
Children's pool and larger pool with hydromassage area.
