The apartment is located in a modern building and a very peaceful town, perfect for family vacation. The most important thing for us was the location and the apartment is very close (around 5 min walk) to a long, sandy beach. The apartment is well-equipped, including everything necessary to cook. There are some restaurants close, and a bus for a trip to a bigger town - Grosseto. Everything was clean, there was enough space for 4 adults to sleep. The host is helpful and replies to messages quickly. The apartment itself (and the beach of course) was definitely a highlight of our vacation, everything true to pictures!

Mrs. Isolina is very kind and attentive to every need even beyond what is necessary.... He is truly hospitable and gives suggestions for visiting the wonderful surroundings of the area.

We found ourselves very well, the apartment is well organized and functional, equipped with air conditioning and all comforts. The sea is a stone's throw away and also the center with shops. Definitely to be recommended.
Ci siamo trovati molto bene, l'appartamento è ben organizzato e funzionale, dotato di aria condizionata e di tutti i confort. Il mare è a due passi e anche il centro con i negozi. Sicuramente da consigliare.

All positive very nice house and impeccable cleanliness ... the wonderful cool place in the middle of the hill but also a 10-minute drive from the beach. Signora Isolina and her very kind daughter welcomed and pampered us throughout the holiday. Highly recommended.

We recently stayed with our small dog in this studio apartment and we really enjoyed it. Excellent location very close to the beach of which a free part that we used to great effect. Also close to the center, shops, supermarket, so great location for everything. Private parking space inside the courtyard of the studio apartment, much appreciated because finding parking on the street is not easy. The mono is comfortable, air conditioned, sofa bed that can always be kept open for convenience and space remains to move around well. Kitchen corner with everything. TV with all channels although occasionally the signal goes away but then comes back. And then what to say again .... we had such a good time that next year we would like to return. Abbiamo soggiornato di recente con il nostro piccolo cane in questo monolocale e siamo stati davvero molto bene. Posizione ottima vicinissimo alla spiaggia di cui una parte libera che abbiamo usufruito alla grande. Vicino anche al centro, negozi, supermercato, quindi ottima posizione per tutto. Posto auto privato all'interno del cortlle del monolocale molto apprezzato perché in strada trovare parcheggio non è facile. Il mono è confortevole, condizionato, divano a letto che si può tenere sempre aperto per comodità e lo spazio rimane per muoversi bene. Angolo cucina con tutto. TV con tutti i canali anche se ogni tanto il segnale se ne va ma poi ritorna. E poi che dire ancora....ci siamo trovati così bene che il prossimo anno vorremmo ritornare. Grazie Sig. Anna Maria. Spacious and bright apartment with sea view and in the marina, convenient to services. The only point of weakness is sometimes nocturnal noises of rude people well attenuated by closing the windows.
Appartamento spazioso e luminoso con vista mare e nel porticciolo, comodo ai servizi.
L'unico punto di debolezza è a volte rumori notturni di persone maleducate ben attenuata dalla chiusura delle finestre.
The accommodation was as described, comfortable, close to the beach and clean. The owner Cristiana is very kind and immediately took care of a small inconvenience regarding the lamps on the bedside tables, replacing them. I would recommend the curtains on the windows as with the lights on inside, everything is perfectly visible from the street. And if you wanted to achieve perfection ... a shelf under the bathroom mirror would be very useful. Overall EXCELLENT. Thanks Cristiana
L'alloggio era come descritto,comodo,vicino alla spiaggia e pulito. La proprietaria Cristiana è gentilissima ed ha provveduto immediatamente ad un piccolo inconveniente riguardo alle lampade sui comodini,sostituendole. Consiglierei le tende alle finestre poiché con le luci accese all'interno ,dalla strada si vede perfettamente tutto. Se poi si volesse raggiungere la perfezione...una mensolina sotto lo specchio del bagno sarebbe davvero molto utile. Nel complesso OTTIMO.

This apartment was no longer available, the owner Mr. Raffaella contacted me and proposed other solutions (a two-room apartment the first week and a three-room apartment the second) which were accepted. The new apartments proposed fully satisfied our needs .. (we were 4 adults) In addition Raffaella has always been super helpful and very kind. Best wishes to Raffaella (very nice) and Principina who for us was a discovery .. Lots of sea and super relaxation. We had such a good time that we will most likely be back soon.
Questo appartamento non era più disponibile , la proprietaria sig. ra Raffaella mi ha contattato e ha proposto altre soluzioni (un bilocale la prima settimana ed un trilocale la seconda) che sono state accettate.
I nuovi appartamenti proposti hanno soddisfatto pienamente le nostre esigenze..(eravamo in 4 adulti) In più Raffaella è sempre stata super disponibile e molto gentile.

We stayed in this cool house, we never turned on the air conditioner, a beautiful well-equipped terrace with sea view, where we always ate for lunch, because it is well ventilated .., the other terrace for drying clothes, the only drawback, the parking to be organized with the other tenants, ... we often parked outside, ... we used the bikes, because there are many cycle paths ... free beach not far away and not very crowded, in short, we absolutely recommend this house
Siamo stati in questa casa fresca, non abbiamo mai acceso il condizionatore , un bellissimo terrazzo ben attrezzato con vista mare,dove abbiamo mangiato sempre anche a pranzo, perché ben ventilato .., l altro terrazzo per stendere i panni, unico neo, il parcheggio da organizzare con gli altri inquilini,...noi abbiamo parcheggiato spesso fuori, ..abbiamo utilizzato le bici, perché ci sono molte piste ciclabili..spiaggia libera poco distante e POCO AFFOLLATA, insomma consigliamo assolutamente questa casa
Apartment in the center, very close to the beach. Equipped, in my opinion as a perfect space for a couple and possibly a small child. In the area all the shops, ATMs and other services. The bathroom, working, but maybe it should be looked at. Overall however positive experience.
Appartamento in centro, vicinissimo alla spiaggia . Accessoriato, secondo me come spazio perfetto per coppia e eventualmente un bimbo piccolo. In zona tutti i negozi,bancomat e altri servizi.
