There was no need to access the air conditioning
Everything was clean and fragrant and in order, a bit like feeling at home!
The owner welcomed us with great kindness and availability, also describing the convenience of the proximity to the sea.

The strategic position ... very close to its free and equipped beach, but above all close to the places you can visit, such as Castiglione della Pescaia, Marina di Grosseto, Punta Ala.
Very kind and helpful owners made me feel at home.
Really beautiful place, both for families and for couples and friends.

Only note to do, the distance from the sea is not 150mt but approximately 500mt .. however feasible :-)
Having said that, we will definitely be returning as soon as possible! Highly recommended!
