Villa with a special charm The description of the landlady is exactly right, everything is available and even more. The villa amidst the large wild land is very special, lots of space, lots of books, a fantastic view and tranquility! The house is still completely furnished in the original state of the 60s, with many design classics, but very well maintained and clean, completely renovated, state-of-the-art technology. Wi-Fi works great. The private beach access makes you feel very exclusive. The Giens peninsula is a discovery - hardly cultivated with a variety of nature!

Die Beschreibung der Vermieterin stimmt ganz genau, alles ist vorhanden und noch mehr. Die Villa inmitten des grossen wilden Grundstücks ist ganz besonders, viel Platz, viele Bücher, ein traumhafter Blick und Ruhe! Das Haus ist noch komplett im Originalzustand der 60er Jahre eingerichtet, mit vielen Designklassikern, trotzdem sehr gepflegt und sauber, komplett saniert, Technik auf dem neuesten Stand. WLAN funktioniert hervorragend. Durch den privaten Strandzugang fühlt man sich sehr exklusiv.
Die Halbinsel Giens ist eine Entdeckung – kaum bebaut mit vielfältiger Natur!

The holiday in the charming villa on the wooded, quiet grounds has put us in typical Southern French atmosphere of the 60s / 70s. Beautiful, quiet location on wooded grounds with large terrace with stunning sea views. Everything is even more beautiful than in the pictures !!! The peninsula is a dream of diverse nature & many coves, beaches & harbors. Furnishing stylish, original design modernized with the latest technology, everything was thought of, functionally furnished, spacious & light-flooded, perfect kitchen equipment, equipment for beach for adults & children and 3 wheels are available to the tenants. Many thanks to the landlady, who was always with tips & advice available. WE ALWAYS COME AGAIN - in every season!

Die Ferien in der charmanten Villa auf dem bewaldeten, ruhigen Grundstück hat uns in typisch südfranzösische Atmosphäre der 60er/ 70er-Jahre versetzt.
Wunderschöne, ruhige Lage auf bewaldetem Grundstück mit großer Terrasse mit traumhaftem Meerblick. Alles ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern !!! Die Halbinsel ist ein Traum mit vielfältiger Natur & vielen Buchten, Stränden & Häfen.
Einrichtung stilvoll, Originaldesign mit aktueller Technik modernisiert, an alles wurde gedacht, funktional eingerichtet, geräumig & licht-durchflutet, perfekte Kücheneinrichtung, Ausrüstung für Strand für Erwachsene & Kinder sowie 3 Räder stehen den Mietern zur Verfügung.

The house is situated on a hill and is the name "four winds " in hot weather in a very pleasant way. In addition, from the terrace you have a beautiful view of the sea. The decor is cozy, the equipment of the kitchen very rich. To the next beach you need to walk down the hill 5 minutes, back 10 minutes. The ferry to Porquerolles is 10 minutes by bike, and the beautiful and spectacular coastal path "sentier du littoral" is only a few minutes away.
Das Ferienhaus liegt auf einer Anhöhe und wird dem Namen "Vier Winde" bei heißem Wetter auf sehr angenehme Weise gerecht. Zudem hat man von der Terasse aus einen schönen Blick auf das Meer. Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich, die Ausstattung der Küche sehr reichhaltig. Zum nächsten Strand braucht man zu Fuß den Hügel hinab 5 Minuten, zurück 10 Minuten. Zur Fähre nach Porquerolles benötigt man mit dem Fahrrad 10 Minuten, zum sehr schönen und spektakulären Küstenwanderweg "sentier du littoral" ebenfalls nur wenige Minuten.
The house was spacious for 3 persons and clean. It has a magnificent private terrace with a fabulous view especially at sunset. The house is well equipped. Although surrounded by neighbors, it was very quiet. 2 negatives :
No air conditioning in the house. While the outside temperatures were constantly above 30° and the houses are South-West orientated, this should be included. Especially taking into account the rental price we paid. It was almost impossible to sleep at night.
The swimming pool is located around the corner (no direct view on it) but it is outdated. Showers are located in a small concrete building right next to a toilet. Having to shower with vision on that toilet and the water that does not run through, is not appetizing.
The apartment has been recently renovated to a very high level of quality and is even better in real life than in the photos. It was spacious and very clean. The kitchen is well laid out and has all the modern facilities you could wish for.
Compared to the rest of Europe at Easter the weather was kind to us and we were able to sit in the garden and soak up the sun shine. Though the outdoor temperate didn't allow us to make use of the swimming pool. Indoors we were comfortably warm and the large windows gave the place a light and airy feel.
Access to the coast is only about 15 minutes walk away and a climb down the cliff paths to a series of isolated beaches, where the stormy weather made for dramatic waves and surf.
The apartment more than met our expectations and Franck and Sandrine were charming and very helpful.
Our stay was very pleasant. The owner was very available on the phone. The place is just wow! the studio is functional even for 4 (2 adults and 2 children) and a dog, everyone has found their place. Breathtaking landscape, beaches and hikes.
Notre séjour a été très agréable. Le propriétaire a été très disponible au téléphone. Le lieu est juste wahou! le studio est fonctionnel même à 4 (2 adultes et 2 enfants) et un chien, chacun a trouvé sa place. Un paysage, des plages et des randonnées à couper le souffle .

Superb place and very pleasant house with ?a soul?, far from a simple seasonal rental. Very warm welcome, and very clean house. Pleasant terrace, even in December. I recommend (except on dates where we hope to re-rent at the end of the year)

I spent 3 idyllic weeks in this little paradise. The place is calm and allows you to relax and recharge your batteries. The villa is fully equipped and very comfortable. The swimming pool and garden invite you to get away from it all! The bedding is perfect. Everything is 10 minutes by car: the sea, the small market, the city center, the port and the Leclerc shopping center. The owner and her mother are two adorable women, always available and accommodating. In short, we feel like home. Exactly what I needed. I will return with pleasure. Mrs. L.
J'ai passé 3 semaines idylliques dans ce petit paradis. Le lieu est calme et permet de se détendre, de se ressourcer. La villa est toute équipée et très confortable. La piscine et le jardin invite au dépaysement ! La literie est parfaite. Tout est à 10 minutes en voiture : la mer, le petit marché, le centre ville, le port et le centre commercial Leclerc. La propriétaire et sa mère sont deux femmes adorables, toujours disponibles et arrangeantes. Bref on s'y sent comme à la maison. Exactement ce dont j'avais besoin. J'y retournerai avec plaisir.

We had an excellent stay: the apartment is pleasant, sufficiently spacious, very well equipped. We didn't lack anything. Everything is nearby: shops, restaurants, beach, various activities. The environment is calm, quite idyllic: islands of Port-Cros, Porquerolles. The lawns are well maintained without dog droppings although there are quite a few dogs. The general atmosphere is very pleasant, friendly, family. We feel like polite people, respectful of the well-being of others.

Tout est à proximité: les commerces, restaurants, plage, activités variées. L'environnement est calme, assez idyllique: îles de Port-Cros, Porquerolles. Les pelouses sont bien entretenues sans déjections canines alors que les chiens sont plutôt nombreux. L'atmosphère générale est très plaisante, conviviale, familiale. On se sent entre personnes polies, respectueuses du bien-être d'autrui.
Good morning, Two downsides: lack of wifi and very uncomfortable sofa seating. This rental for 4 people is ideal for 2 due to the lack of storage. Some kitchen utensils would need to be replaced, a hairdryer would be welcome for ladies who bathe every day, as we did. Otherwise, clean apartment, well exposed with sea view and in a quiet environment and shops nearby. We haven't used our car all week, everything is nearby.

Deux points noirs : manque de wifi et assise du canapé très inconfortable.
Cette location pour 4 personnes est idéale pour 2 à cause du manque de rangement.
Certains ustensiles de cuisine seraient à remplacer, un sèche-cheveux serait le bienvenue pour les dames qui se baignent tous les jours, comme nous l'avons fait.
Sinon, appartement propre, bien exposé avec vue mer et dans un environnement calme et commerces à proximité. Nous n'avons pas utilisé notre voiture de la semaine, tout est à coté.

Super location close to everything, very clean, very well appointed. There is no air conditioning in the rooms, especially this year, otherwise everything is in order. The owners very friendly and attentive.
