The house is on 2 floors: upstairs a large living room with a magnificent parquet floor and a fully equipped open kitchen and downstairs 3 good-sized bedrooms where you can sleep very well. There was a little humidity when we were there because of the rain that had fallen before our arrival, but it is enough to ventilate (and the house lends itself well to this).
We spent our time outside. There are 3 terraces which all have their advantages. When it was too hot, we went to the terrace next to the dune because there is a bit of fresh air blowing. You can enjoy the beginning of the sunset and have breakfast there. It's very nice.
The terrace opposite the house is perfect for meals and the terrace with the deckchairs is perfect for sunbathing in the morning while waiting for everyone to wake up.
Mrs. L. welcomed us very warmly and Mr. L. fixed a small problem with our car during the stay. Top notch service.
Highly recommend this perfect place for a peaceful vacation,but not far from restaurants and entertainment.

La Maison est parfaitement équipée et très propre. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et attentifs. Plage tranquille, avec tous les services nécessaires, idéal pour les pistes cyclables, nous avons visited Dax, Bordeaux, Biarritz, Baiona, Arcachon, Dune du Pyla. Parfait pour passer de bonnes vacances.

The house is beautiful inside and lovingly, with lots of wood. The large open plan living room / dining room / kitchen area invites you to linger even in bad weather. It was thought of everything: electric grill, waffle iron, toaster, microwave, Nespresso machine to name just a few examples. The kitchen is rounded off by a large fridge and a modern induction cooker / oven. The bathroom is on the intermediate level, which is very convenient, as you do not hear the toilet flush at night and thus the others are not awakened. The bedrooms in the Sousterrain we especially enjoyed, since the temperatures were always pleasant and not so hot. The beds were already made and the wine and water cold. A great gesture to the reception. Thank you so much!
Even for colder seasons, each room is equipped with electric heating. The bathroom has a modern towel dryer available. There are 3 doors to the outside, which is very, very practical.
The garden:
You can always enjoy what you want at any time of the day. The shady, spacious breakfast area in the morning. The sizeSouth terrace with 5 sun loungers has sun all day long. Or in the evening sun on the balcony, enjoy the dinner with rosé wine and the last rays of sunshine. For bicycles and surfboards there is an extra lockable area next to the house. We also liked to use the barbecue with charcoal. Even thought of a water hose, very handy for sand washing .....
The location:
A dream! You do not even have to put on shoes to go to the beach. One is in the middle of it, everything is within easy reach, the great Cave aux Moules in 2 minutes, bars, bakers, La Gourmandise, etc ... in a few steps. And yet the settlement is set back a bit, so it is very quiet and does not disturb any noise. Really the best I've seen so far on the Atlantic.

We were received very friendly upon arrival. Everything was perfectly prepared and the most necessary was already present (vinegar, oil, spices, detergent, coffee capsules, staple food, I would have to continue the list for a long time .....) On arrival, she welcomed us, showed us the whole house and explained everything. It is very well equipped - with dishes, everything you need for cooking, with kitchen roll, toilet paper, etc. with umbrellas, beach mats, games, ... Also a welcome bottle of wine for us, coffee, tea, one First meal, spices, ... And: it was all very clean!
The house is absolutely sufficient for 6 people!
Also the garden around the house is very nice and you are in a few minutes at the beach.
We would definitely rent it again !!!
