We spent ten very pleasant days in Susanna's house. It is situated in walking distance to both beaches as well as everything you need in terms of shops, restaurants etc. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We spent memorable evenings on the terrace with its great view. Susanna is a very friendly, welcoming host who was always there to help. We hope to be back.
I was there a year ago. I really enjoyed it and this year I wanted to come back, but unfortunately in the week when I would like to come, the house was not available. Pity! Maybe next year!
We spent a week on Sardinia (two adults and a child). The location is great. Within a few minutes we were in de picturesque centre, where you can not only enjoy the night-life but also taste delicious Sardinian dishes. Don't miss the pizza, which is not round, but is sold per meter.
Staying on the beach surrounded by the high mountains and swimming in the sea gave us a great summer feeling. Sardinia is just incredible!
Our hostess and owner Dorota did a really good job. We could always rely on her when we needed something. She prepared information (maps, brochures etc.) for us in English and she did her best to let us feel welcome in our perfectly clean holiday house. Thank you again!
The apartment is in an outstanding location overlooking the sea and harbor. We ate as many meals as possible on the terrace enjoying the view. The location is a very good base for exploring the area by car and markets and restaurants are very close. I appreciated the emails I exchanged with Fernando and his daughter who were
very helpfull and accomodating. We will be sure to return sometime in the future.

We spent almost two weeks in a two-room apartment that corresponded to the description in the advert, and was also clean and welcoming; the location was excellent, you could easily reach the center of Budoni and the beautiful beaches of the surrounding areas. The tranquility of the residence is to be appreciated, surrounded by greenery which was looked after directly by the owners Luisa and Angelo. We thank you very much because you have always been available and attentive, not only with us but with all your guests, we can see that you do it with passion! Obviously we cannot forget in our thanks the sweet little dog Luce, who kept us company and was always cuddled by our daughter ? Highly recommended holiday home! Stefano, Sara and Giorgia
Abbiamo trascorso quasi due settimane in un bilocale che corrispondeva alla descrizione dell'annuncio, era inoltre pulito ed accogliente; la posizione era ottima, si raggiungeva facilmente il centro di Budoni e le bellissime spiagge delle zone limitrofe. Da apprezzare la tranquillità del residence, circondato dal verde che era curato direttamente dai proprietari Luisa ed Angelo. Vi ringraziamo di cuore perché siete stati sempre disponibili ed attenti, non solo con noi ma con tutti i vostri ospiti, si vede che lo fate con passione! Ovviamente non possiamo dimenticare nei ringraziamenti la dolcissima cagnolina Luce, che ci teneva compagnia e si faceva sempre coccolare da nostra figlia 😊

Functional and well maintained house. It is at the entrance of the village, easily reachable on foot in 15 minutes. Quiet, cool location and equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine. Cinzia was very helpful, even for unexpected busy office hours. The only thing we missed a bit was not being able to take advantage of the veranda at least for breakfast: a small table would have been handy. small coffee table. Overall a good establishment.
Casa funzionale e ben tenuta. È all'entrata del paese, raggiungibile facilmente a piedi in 15 minuti. Posizione tranquilla, fresca e dotata di tutto il necessario, compresa lavatrice. Cinzia è stata molto disponibile, anche per imprevisti florida orario d'ufficio. L'unica cosa che un po ci è mancata è stato il non poter sfruttare la veranda almeno per la colazione: sarebbe stato comodo un piccolo tavolino.

Very nice accommodation with new interiors and furnished with care, very clean and well equipped. For a couple it is perfect. The location is excellent to enjoy a wonderful view of the sea. Possibility to park the car on the property, the outdoor shower is also very convenient. The owner is very nice and available for any need. Highly recommended accommodation. We will be back
Alloggio molto curato con interni nuovi e arredato con cura, puilitissimo e ben attrezzato. Per una coppia è perfetto. La posizione è ottima per godere di una meravigliosa vista sul mare. Possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto nella propietà, molto comoda anche la doccia esterna. La proprietaria molto simpatica e disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. Alloggio consigliatissimo. The house is nice, equipped with the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay with the whole family... It is located in a well-kept and quiet residence, with large green spaces and a large private car park. The location is excellent because it is just a stone's throw from the center and very close to services. The stay was above our expectations, thanks also to the kindness and courtesy of Mr. Andrea, always very helpful with us!
La casa è carina, dotata dei comfort necessari per passare un piacevole soggiorno con tutta la famiglia... Si trova all'interno di un residence ben curato e tranquillo, con ampi spazi verdi e con un grande parcheggio riservato. Ottima la posizione perchè è proprio a due passi dal centro e vicinissima ai servizi.
Il soggiorno è stato al di sopra delle nostre aspettative, grazie anche alla gentilezza e cortesia del Sig. Andrea, sempre molto disponibile con noi!
We spent 15 days in this splendid villa, equipped with every comfort, very close to the centre, a short distance from the beach, very close to shops and supermarkets but in a very quiet position. It is the 2nd year that we stay there and we have always found ourselves very well. Thanks to Andrea, always available for anything.
Abbiamo passato 15 giorni in questa splendida villetta, dotata di ogni comfort, vicinissima al centro, a poca distanza dalla spiaggia, vicinissima a negozi e supermercati ma in una posizione molto tranquilla.
È il 2° anno che ci soggiorniamo e ci siamo sempre trovati molto bene.

Very warm welcome in this beautiful house with private access to the beach. Superb terrace. The house is in a very quiet environment to take full advantage of this beautiful setting. I recommend the accommodation.
Très bon accueil dans cette très belle maison avec accès privé à la plage. Superbe terrasse. La maison est dans un environnement très calme pour profiter à fond de ce beau cadre. Je recommande le logement.
We stayed between 7/22/2023 - 8/5/2023. The apartment complies with what is described in the announcement, very fresh, to close the windows at night (as someone else wrote in another review). Excellent location: close to the port beach and the main commercial services. The bathroom is Czech but the extractor fan works great. The shower is also very comfortable. I confirm that it is possible to take 4 showers in a row for 4 people despite the fact that there is a boiler for hot water. In the morning you wake up with the smell of the sea, perhaps a little windy for some, but Isola Rossa is not as windy as other areas of Sardinia.
We thank the owners for their hospitality and courtesy. We hope to return next year.

Abbiamo soggiornato nel periodo 22/7/2023 - 5/8/2023. L'appartamento è conforme a quanto decritto nell'annuncio, molto fresco, da chiudere i vetri di notte (come scriveva qualcun altro in altra recensione). Ottima la posizione: vicina alla spiaggia del porto e ai principali servizi commerciali. Il bagno è ceco ma l'aspiratore funziona benissimo. La doccia poi è comodissima. Confermo che si riescono a fare 4 docce di seguito in 4 persone nonostante ci sia il boiler per l'acqua calda.
La mattina ti svegli con l'odore del mare, forse per alcuni un po' ventoso, ma Isola Rossa non è così ventosa come altre zone della Sardegna.
Ringraziamo i proprietari per l'ospitalità e la cortesia.
Speriamo di ritornarci l'anno prossimo.

I stayed with my family in this apartment in Luddui' the last 2 weeks of July. We chose the apartment with the balcony on the street level. The view of Budoni and the sea is beautiful. The apartment is comfortable and has a double bed and 2 single beds (for those with small children there is also an additional cot). There is enough for the stay of 4 people (washing machine, hairdryer, iron, cutlery, coffee maker, etc. There is a medium-sized frying pan and steel pots). There is a reserved parking space. The beaches of Budoni or Ottiolu can be reached by car in just a few minutes. Supermarkets are 5 minutes from the house (MD and Eurospin for example). There is no air conditioning, but there are 2 fans with floor brackets useful for the hottest days (in reality they are only needed on days with heat peaks on some days). Martino is a very helpful person and explained everything to us as soon as we arrived (right from the first contacts via the website and by telephone, as well as on site). Thanks again to Martino for welcoming us and we hope to see you again next year.Thank you!
Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia in questo appartamento a Luddui' le ultime 2 settimane di Luglio. Abbiamo scelto l'appartamento con il balcone sito al livello della strada. La veduta su Budoni e sul mare è bellissima.
L'appartamento è confortevole e dispone di un letto matrimoniale e 2 letti singoli (per chi ha bambini piccoli c'è anche lettino aggiuntivo). C'è quanto basta per il soggiorno di 4 persone (lavatrice, asciugacapelli, ferro da stiro, posate , caffettiera etc.. C'è una padella di medie dimensioni e delle pentole di acciaio).
C'è posto auto riservato.
Le spiagge di Budoni o di Ottiolu sono raggiungibili in macchina in pochissimi minuti. I supermercati sono a 5 minuti da casa (MD ed Eurospin ad esempio).
Non c'è aria condizionata, ma ci sono 2 ventilatori con staffa da pavimento utili per le giornate più calde (in realtà son serviti solo nei giorni con picchi di caldo avuti in alcuni giorni).
Martino è una persona molto disponibile e ci ha spiegato tutto bene appena arrivati (sin dai primi contatti tramite sito e per telefono, oltre che in loco).
Ringrazio ancora Martino per averci accolti e speriamo di poterci rivedere il prossimo anno. grazie!
No air conditioning initially but the owner installed it within the first 5 days..! Very attentive and always available I recommend 100%.

Beautiful house in an excellent and convenient location for the sea and the evening stroll. We had no parking problems. The house is cared for in the furniture and furnishings, I found the sofa uncomfortable and would recommend replacing it. I missed some natural light due to the fact that there was little privacy when opening the blinds.
Bella casa in una posizione eccellente e comoda per il mare e la passeggiata serale. Non abbiamo avuto problemi di parcheggio. La casa è curata nel mobilio e nelle suppellettili, ho trovato il divano scomodo e consiglierei di sostituirlo. Mi è mancata un po’ di luce naturale dovuta al fatto che aprendo le persiane c’era poca privacy.
