This apartment has electric shutters facing the sea. All year they take the sea spray, sand. That 13 years that this apartment is rent, this is the first time we complain shutters. When these tenants arrived the previous tenants had left a quarter of an hour. I have not had time to check everything but the clay soil had been cleaned (maybe not with the right product). But these tenants have already had more excuses and the proposal that cleaning is done by a third party. They refused this proposal.
Cet appartement a des volets roulants électriques face à la mer. Toute l’année ils prennent les embruns marins, le sable. Voila 13 ans que cet appartement est en location saisonnière, c'est bien la première fois que l'on se plaint des volets. Quand ces locataires sont arrivés les locataires précédents étaient partis depuis un quart d'heure. Je n'ai pas eu le temps de tout vérifier mais le sol en terre cuite avait été nettoyé (peut-être pas avec le bon produit). Mais ces locataires ont déjà eu des excuses et de plus la proposition que le ménage soit fait par une tierce personne. Ils ont refusé cette proposition.
