We had a really lovely holiday. The house is new, very beautiful and comfortable, just a few meters from the sea. I loved waking up early and bathing at dawn. We often ate at the little restaurant nearby. A regenerating holiday.
The villa matched the pictures and description. The view was fabulous and the terrace was large and spacious with both sun and shade. The nearby beach was wide and child friendly. The owner, Daniela L., was incredibly helpful and friendly - a very pleasant landlord.
We enjoyed our stay very much. The location of the property is ideal for a holiday rental: very close to one of the nice beaches and quite close to the center of Peschici. Peschici is an ideal starting point for trips by boat or car.
The property is spacious, well equipped and clean. The owners are very helpful and friendly. We can highly recommend the accomodation.
Very clean and there is everything you need. In the greenery with a pleasant outdoor area. Out of the commotion but close to everything. The owner is always available and available.

I stayed for two weeks from 5th to 19th August 2023 and everything was perfect. The property exceeded all my expectations as it turned out better than the description and photos of the announcement. All very clean, well-kept and tidy both in the apartments and in the common areas. The apartments are equipped with everything needed to spend a peaceful holiday, as well as a private terrace furnished with table and chairs, and I want to reiterate again that everything is new and spotlessly clean. Each apartment is assigned an umbrella and two chairs for the beach which is just a few steps from the building. The welcome by Mr. De Luca, supported by his very good nephew Francesco, was very gratifying and pleasant; together they provided us with all the useful indications and information. The discreet presence of Mr. De Luca and Mrs. Pina is a guarantee of order, cleanliness and safety for the structure and also for all those who stay there. Highly recommended to everyone.
Ho soggiornato per due settimane dal 5 al 19 agosto 2023 ed è stato tutto perfetto.
La struttura ha superato tutte le mie aspettative in quanto è risultata migliore rispetto alla descrizione e alle foto dell'annuncio. Tutto molto pulito, curato e ordinato sia negli appartamenti che nelle aree comuni.
Gli appartamenti hanno in dotazione tutto l'occorrente necessario per passare una vacanza serena, come pure il terrazzino privato arredato con tavolo e sedie, e voglio ribadire ancora che è tutto nuovo e pulitissimo.
Ad ogni appartamento sono assegnati un ombrellone e due sedie per la spiaggia che è a pochi passi dallo stabile. L'accoglienza da parte del sig. De Luca, supportato dal bravissimo nipote Francesco, è stata molto gratificante e piacevole; insieme ci hanno fornito tutte le indicazioni e informazioni utili.
La discreta presenza del sig. De Luca e della sig.ra Pina è una garanzia di ordine, di pulizia e di sicurezza per la struttura e anche per tutti coloro che vi soggiornano.

Giovanni is a very nice landlord and host. He seeks personal contact, speaks English and French and always helps when something is needed. He brought us homemade olive oil, a jar of olives from his own harvest and fresh figs from the property. On the last evening he organized a small party with all the tenants with karaoke and homemade pizza and lots of other good food. That was almost the best evening of our vacation for us. You are really surrounded by olive trees, pines, the sound of the sea and the chirping of crickets. You have your peace and a great view of the sea and Vieste. The furnishings in the house itself are not the newest and very spartan. A cover on the sofa would have been nice. The shower head was already a bit broken and everything in the kitchen was very old, some things were not usable (scratched pans, rusted peelers). The door lock was stuck. Something could be improved here and there. To be fair, we didn't bring these things up with him because we didn't really need them and didn't really bother us. I'm sure he would have left immediately otherwisetaken care of. He even provided us with an umbrella and beach toys for the kids. If you are not looking for luxury but want to enjoy a real, warm Italian atmosphere, Giovanni is the place for you :) We felt very comfortable. Thank you Giovanni!
Giovanni ist ein sehr netter Vermieter und Gastgeber. Er sucht den persönlichen Kontakt, spricht auch Englisch und Französisch und hilft immer wenn etwas gebraucht wird. Er hat uns selbstgemachtes Olivenöl vorbeigebracht, ein Glas Oliven aus eigener Ernte und frische Feigen vom Grundstück. Am letzten Abend hat er ein kleines Fest mit allen Mietern veranstaltet mit Karaoke und selbstgebackener Pizza und vielem anderen guten Essen. Das war für uns fast der beste Abend des Urlaubes. Man ist bei ihm wirklich umgeben von Olivenbäumen, Pinien, Meeresrauschen und Grillenzirpen. Man hat seine Ruhe und eine super Aussicht auf das Meer und auf Vieste. Die Einrichtung im Haus selbst ist nicht die neueste und sehr spartanisch. Ein Bezug auf dem Sofa wäre nett gewesen. Der Duschkopf war auch schon etwas kaputt und in der Küche war alles sehr alt, teilweise waren Dinge nicht brauchbar (zerkratze Pfannen, verrostete Schäler). Das Schloss der Tür klemmte. Hier und da wäre etwas auszubessern. Fairer Weise muss man sagen, dass wir diese Dinge nicht bei ihm angesprochen haben weil wir sie nicht wirklich brauchten und uns nicht wirklich gestört haben. Ich bin mir sicher er hätte sich sonst sofort darum gekümmert. Er hat uns sogar mit einen Sonnenschirm und Strandspielzeug für die Kinder versorgt. Wer keinen Luxus sucht aber echte, herzliche italienische Atmosphäre genießen möchte ist bei Giovanni richtig :) Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Danke dir Giovanni!
Stay too short unfortunately, we could not stay more than a week. Everything was beautiful, the house, the sea, the surrounding landscapes (with majestic olive trees), the food. Really nice owners. What can I say, we would like to go back soon!

E' stato tutto bellissimo, la casa, il mare, i paesaggi circostanti (con ulivi maestosi), il cibo.

Very comfortable house, two spacious bedrooms, a very functional internal kitchen, and the bathroom, with a large shower, really functional and comfortable. We always ate outside, on the covered external veranda, among olive and citrus trees. It was truly amazing, one with nature. We have been 3/4 times for lunch/dinner in the nearby restaurant managed by the owners and we ate very well. A couple of times they were even kind enough to bring our food directly to our door. The beach is made of small pebbles, the best for us who are not very fond of sand. The clean sea. We also visited the coast, really enchanting with its bays and inlets. A holiday to frame!
Casa molto confortevole, due camere da letto spaziose, la cucina interna molto funzionale, e il bagno, con ampia doccia, davvero funzionali e comodi.
Noi mangiavamo sempre fuori, nella veranda esterna coperta, tra ulivi e alberi di agrumi. Era veramente fantastico, un tutt'uno con la natura. Siamo stati 3/4 volte a pranzo/cena nel ristorante poco distante gestito dai proprietari ed abbiamo mangiato benissimo. Un paio di volte sono stati anche così gentili da portarci il cibo direttamente a casa.
La spiaggia è di ghiaia piccola, il top per noi che non siamo molto amanti della sabbia. Il mare pulito. Abbiamo visitato anche la costa, davvero incantevole con le sue baie ed insenature.
Una vacanza da incorniciare!
Very nice holiday home, in perfect Mediterranean style and above all a few meters from the sea. Really priceless not to take the car to go to the beach. Nearby is the restaurant run by the very friendly owners. A regenerating week!

Very nice house with every kind of comfort, in a few minutes by car you arrive at the beaches and the village, very helpful owners, highly recommended house.

Great vacation. With my family with three children aged 10 and 12 we stayed in this beautiful house surrounded by greenery and fresh air. With large outdoor area, parking space and convenient to admire the beauty of the Gargano just a few minutes away. 5 mins from Ischitella (beautiful quaint town animated for pleasant evenings), 5 mins from Rhodes and its beaches, 30 mins from Peschici, 1 hour from Vieste and 30 mins from the Umbrian forest. The owner Antonio is really super helpful and will make you feel at home, also giving you excellent advice on the area to make your holiday more enjoyable. nothing is missing in the house and it is better than in the photo We would certainly like to go back Thanks to Antonio for everything for his courtesy and hospitality. I highly recommend The only flaw .... too strong at beach tennis???
Bellissima vacanza. Con la mia famiglia con tre figli di 10 e 12 anni abbiamo soggiornato in questa bellissima casa immersa nel verde e nel fresco. Con vasta area esterna , posto auto e comoda x ammirare a pochi minuti di distanza tutta la bellezza del gargano.
5 min.da ischitella (bellissimo paese caratteristico animato per piacevoli serate) ,5 min.da Rodi e le sue spiagge , 30 min.da Peschici, 1 ora da vieste e 30 min dalla foresta umbra.
Il proprietario Antonio è veramente super disponibile e vi farà sentire come a casa , dandovi anche ottimi consigli sulla zona x rendere più piacevole la vostra vacanza .

Cozy apartment with all the comforts as indicated in the announcement. Owner always present and available for every request. The only sore point is the road to get to the beach, impractical and safe (but this is the fault of the municipality and not the owner of the structure)

L'unica nota dolente è la strada per arrivare alla spiaggia, poco pratica e sicura ( ma questo è colpa del comune e non del proprietario della struttura)
Apartment located in an olive grove 30m from the sea with no roads to cross: this is an added value! The small but functional apartment, the strong point is the bathroom with a very large shower. The owners are really nice and helpful, what they described to us when booking corresponds to what we found.

The apartment was absolutely identical to the description, the equipment was optimal, and relatively new and, above all, everything was extremely well maintained. To be on the safe side, we had brought a small coffee machine with us, since only espresso machines are available in Italy. There were only two of us and we practically had the apartment to ourselves. The landlady lives in the basement apartment and we had absolute peace and quiet and the garden with loungers all to ourselves. The apartment is ideal for a family with up to 4 children or for 2 couples. Restaurant and pizzeria are within walking distance in a few minutes. We can recommend the apartment without hesitation and with a clear conscience. the briefing and handover went smoothly. Lorendana was always available for information and advice.
Die Ferienwohnung war absolut identisch mit der Beschreibung, die Ausstattung optimal, und verhältnismäßig neu und vor allem, alles äußerst gepflegt.
Wir hatten vorsichtshalber eine kleine Kaffeemaschine mitgebracht, da in Italien nur die Espresso Maschinen zur Verfügung stehen. Wir waren nur zu zweit und hatten quasi die Wohnung für uns. Die Vermieterin bewohnt die UG- Wohnung und wir hatten absolute Ruhe und den Garten mit Liegen komplett für uns. Für eine Familie mit bis zu 4 Kindern oder auch für 2 Paare ist die Wohnung ideal.
Restaurant und Pizzeria sind fuß-läufig in ein paar Gehminuten erreichbar. Wir können die Wohnung bedenkenlos und mit gutem Gewissen weiter-empfehlen. die Einweisung und Übergabe war problemlos, Für Informationen und Rat stand Lorendana jederzeit mit Herzlichkeit zur Verfügung.

Despite the short period of stay (one week), since we arrived the place has won us over; not only when you arrive it seems to be, in the car, on the sea, but Angelo and his family were exquisite: they recommended places to see and tours to do, always smiling and welcoming and also available for any unexpected events or clarifications. The house conforms to the description, even if it appears more spacious from the photo, the small accommodation is equipped with all the comforts for vacationers and is equipped with a part of the garden with deckchairs to enjoy the relaxation and peace that Puglia offers surrounded from figs and olive trees of property. The sea is really within walking distance and just before getting there, on the left, there is a nice little bar where you can have breakfast or lunch or dinner (excellent dishes, we tried them!) And we even took a bottle of wine sipped in the sun, on this wooden coffee table handmade by Angelo's father overlooking the sea: a real gem! In short, recommended and pinned on the agenda for a future return.
Nonostante il breve periodo di permanenza (una settimana), fin da quando siamo arrivati il posto ci ha conquistati; non solo quando arrivi sembra di essere, in macchina, sul mare, ma Angelo e la sua famiglia sono stati squisiti: ci hanno consigliato posti da vedete e giri da fare, sempre sorridenti e accoglienti nonché disponibili anche ad eventuali imprevisti o chiarimenti. L'abitazione è conforme alla descrizione, anche se da foto appare più spaziosa, il piccolo alloggio è dotato di tutte le comodità per i vacanzieri ed è provvisto di una parte di giardino con sdraio per godersi il relax e la pace che la Puglia offre circondato da fichi ed ulivi di proprietà. Il mare è davvero raggiungibile a piedi e poco prima di arrivarci, sulla sinistra, si trova un grazioso baretto dove poter fare colazione o pranzo o cena (ottimi piatti, li abbiamo provati!) E abbiamo addirittura preso una bottiglia di vino sorseggiata al sole, su questo tavolino in legno fatto a mano dal papà di Angelo che dà sul mare: una vera chicca! Insomma, consigliato e appuntato in agenda per un futuro ritorno.
My partner and I spent a week in September in one of the houses, it was the three-room apartment, I must say that it was very clean, well furnished and equipped with everything you need. Very close to the beach, the bar and restaurant. The highlight: a beautiful wooden porch surrounded by a vegetable garden / garden / citrus grove and olive grove. Wonderful!!! I highly recommend it
Abbiamo trascorso, io ed il mio compagno una settimana di settembre in una delle case, era il trilocale, devo dire che era pulitissimo, ben arredato e dotato d tuto il necessario. Molto vicino alla spiaggia, al bar e ristorante.
Il pezzo forte: un portico bellissimo in legno immerso in un orto/giardino/agrumeto e uliveto.
Una meraviglia!!!
