The condominium even has two entrances: the main entrance on the facade, and the secondary entrance from the condominium parking lot, I don't understand the problem. Like all car parks in pine wooded areas, some roots can emerge, just go slow.
As for the noise of the surroundings:
Since Principina a Mare is immersed in a pine forest, it is not possible to define the sound of birds singing, pigeons, scops owls, or nightingales. Indeed this is most perceived as a positive element, like the song of the cicadas which is even louder.
With regard to "unsuitable external equipment":
If a roller shutter is pulled up distractedly and a little violently up to the top, it can happen that it gets stuck, to whom has never happened? To me, yes, even at home.
However, the shutter is not defective.
Il condominio ha addirittura due entrate : l'ingresso principale in facciata , e l'ingresso secondario dal parcheggio condominiale , non capisco il problema. Come tutti i parcheggi situati in zone alberate di pineta può emergere qualche radice , basta andare piano.
Quanto alla" rumorosità dei dintorni" :
Essendo Principina a Mare immersa in una pineta , non si può definire "rumore" il canto degli uccelli, colombi, assioli , o usignoli che siano. Anzi questo viene dai più percepito come un elemento positivo , come il canto delle cicale che è anche più rumoroso.
Quanto alle" dotazioni esterne non idonee ":
Se una tapparella viene tirata su distrattamente e un po' violentemente fino in cima , può capitare che rimanga incastrata , a chi non è mai successo? A me sì, anche a casa mia.
La tapparella comunque non è difettosa.
