No tourists at all, just local people. I recommended to everyone.
Just one thing, you need a car if you want to move to the supermarket, restaurants or shopping.

Lack the dishwasher by cons! The apartment is consistent with the photos, very well located, spacious and the most the owner is available and listening to the client. I highly recommend this rental.

The building is secure and the apartment is very clean and functional, with a beautiful terrace, sunny, quiet, very friendly home by the owner's mother who is attentive to the tenant, very kind and helpful. I recommend this rental for a vacation in Trou aux Biches.
Location conforme à la description, très bien située, à 200 m de la plage, à proximité des commerces et des restaurants. L'immeuble est sécurisé et l'appartement est très propre et fonctionnel, avec une belle terrasse, ensoleillée, au calme, Accueil très sympathique par la maman du propriétaire qui est à l'écoute du locataire, très gentille et serviable.

I am very satisfied with the rental, in accordance with the description, clean, well equipped in a quiet and secure location, close to the sea and the Popo supermarket where you can have good hot bread tradition 25rps, baguette 15rps, daily at 7 : 30 in the morning, I have to go back.

We enjoyed our stay in Virginia and Gilles who welcomed us. The rental perfectly fits the description and I would even say that in reality it is much better. We loved the beautiful well emménagée terrace and the apartment comfortable, spacious and well equipped. The completely independent access is also appreciable. Cleaning is done three times a week and towels and house changed many times. We also took advantage of the beautiful pool. We are delighted to have met Virginia and Gilles and Lia are really welcoming and helpful while being discreet. thank you again for your kindness and Gilles for the baguette made every morning. It really was a pleasant stay! We will return as soon as possible, for sure!
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour chez Virginie et Gilles qui nous ont chaleureusement accueillis.
La location correspond parfaitement à la description et je dirai même qu'en réalité elle est beaucoup mieux. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la belle terrasse très bien emménagée et l'appartement confortable, spacieux et très bien équipé.
L'accès complétement indépendant est également appréciable.
Le ménage est fait trois fois par semaine et le linge de toilette et de maison est changé autant de fois.
Nous avons aussi profité de la magnifique piscine.
Nous sommes ravis d'avoir rencontré Virginie et Gilles ainsi que Lia qui sont vraiment accueillants et serviables tout en étant discrets.
Merci encore pour votre gentillesse et à Gilles pour la baguette de pain apportée chaque matin. Ce fût vraiment un agréable séjour ! Nous reviendrons dés que possible, c'est sûr !

Ideally located walking distance from the beach and shops. On a side street, quiet and without noise. The courses in the surrounding area could be better maintained, but this is out of the owner's responsibility. polite and friendly welcome, continuous presence and availability when needed. Recently built, the apartments are clean and comfortable. Nice for a short stay and ideal for a long stay. A great stay that I highly recommend.

Les terrains dans la région environnante pourraient être mieux entretenus, mais cela est hors de la responsabilité du propriétaire.
Bienvenue poli et amicale, présence continue et disponibilité en cas de besoin.
De récente construction, les appartements sont propres et confortables.
Agréable pour un court séjour et idéal pour un long séjour.

No surprise upon arriving in this beautiful location, close to everything, beach, supermarket and bus stops. Moreover, Rani, the mother of Vincent is always listening to us and ready to help.
Aucune surprise en arrivant dans cette superbe location, près de tout, plage, supermarché et arrêts de bus. Par ailleurs, Rani, la maman de Vincent est toujours à notre écoute et prête à rendre service.

Very nice new apartment, very comfortable and perfectly equipped, rented by a Mauritian family lovely and very helpful. The house is in the center of Trou-aux-Biches, behind in Popo, in a very quiet street and within 2 minutes walk of the best beach of the island. We had a wonderful time! We do not expect a thing again! Barbara
Très joli appartement tout neuf, très confortable et parfaitement équipé, loué par une famille mauricienne adorable et très disponible. La maison est situé au centre de Trou-aux-biches, derrière chez Popo, dans une rue très calme et à moins de 2 min à pied de la plus belle plage de l'île. Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux! Nous n'attendons qu'une chose: y retourner!

We were very well received by Gilles and Virginia (coffee, fruit basket, a beautiful bouquet of exotic flowers) !! The apartment is in accordance with description of the ad, very clean and functional. Thank you to Gilles who showed us the spice cake, bread and butter, a true delight !!! And we had fresh bread delivered daily. The place is quiet and secure, with the bus just 5 minutes, in short a great location with close proximity to pastry, greengrocer, butcher, supermarket ... Thank you to the whole family !!!! Gilles, Virginia Valentine, Lilou, Margot and the cleaning lady. You can rent the apartment eyes closed because you will not be disappointed !! We will return as soon as possible !!! see you very soon!
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Gilles et Virginie ( café, panier de fruits, un magnifique bouquet de fleurs exotiques) !! L'appartement est conforme au descriptif de l'annonce, très propre et fonctionnel.
Merci à Gilles qui nous a fait découvrir le gâteau piment, du pain et beurre, un vrai délice !!! Et nous avions le pain frais livré tous les jours.
L'endroit est calme et sécurisé, avec le bus à seulement 5 minutes, bref très bien situé avec à proximité proche pâtisserie, primeur, boucherie, supérette...

Only real problem no wifi in the apartment, you must leave the common area ds to benefit, nowadays it is really a handicap. It should say that having a car is highly recommended.
Otherwise nice quiet residence, villa very well equipped and in good condition, friendly service (we are in Mauritius :)) available and welcoming (Ludovic thank you).
Seul vrai problème pas de wifi dans l'appartement, il faut sortir ds l'espace commun pour en bénéficier, de nos jours c'est vraiment un handicap.
Il faudrait dire qu'avoir un véhicule est très recommandé.
Sinon belle résidence calme, belle villa très bien équipée et en bon état, service souriant(nous sommes bien à Maurice :) ) disponible et accueillant (merci Ludovic).
