We had an amazing week in the chalet. We were able to ski down to the gondola and ski back to the chalet through the trees(our children 9 and 6 after a few days). The chalet was lovely and Giorgio was very welcoming and helpful. Took us to Aosta to buy snow chains! Hope to return in the future, we loved it!
A really lovely apartment in a charming maze of narrow cobbled streets with magnificient views over the mountains. Everything was very clean and comfortable and the owner Claudia most kind and welcoming. A ten-minute drive from the village to Aosta / Pila gondola plus rail connection if needed - it worked perfectly for our skiing holiday.
The panorama that surrounds the house is worth the whole holiday!!! Incredible, you see almost all the peaks of Valle D'Aosta including ?il Bianco? (mont blanc) with breathtaking sunsets. Comfortable house with all the accessories described, indeed more, all paneled typical of a chalet, balcony in the bedroom with wonderful flowers. Private garden where you can relax, eat and take photographs of the Skyline equipped with very comfortable chairs / deck chairs. Aosta-Pila cable car a stone's throw away if you don't want to use the car. Giorgio and his wife are exquisite people, never intrusive but always available. Top
Il panorama che circonda la casa vale tutta la vacanza!!! Incredibile, vedi quasi tutte le vette della Valle D’Aosta compreso “il Bianco” (monte Bianco) con tramonti mozzafiato. Casa confortevole e con tutti gli accessori descritti, anzi di più, tutta perlinata tipica da chalet, balcone in camera da letto con fiori meravigliosi. Giardino privato dove rilassarsi, mangiare e scattare fotografie allo Skyline forniti di sedie/sdraio comodissime. Cabinovia Aosta-Pila a due passi se non si vuole utilizzare la macchina. Giorgio e sua moglie persone squisite mai invadenti ma sempre a disposizione. Top

Clean and very cozy house, GORGEOUS and REALLY PANORAMIC terrace. FANTASTIC owners. What to add, go calmly and with distances between 30 and 90 minutes, visit what you want. I would come back tomorrow, in fact, I would not leave at all.
Casa pulita e molto accogliente, terrazzo STUPENDO e VERAMENTE PANORAMICO. Proprietari FANTASTICI. Cosa aggiungere, andate tranquilli e con distanze tra 30 e 90 minuti, visitate quello che volete. Tornerei domani, anzi, non partirei proprio più.

We had a very good time, the apartment was warm and spacious, very comfortable. We arrived late and the lady waited for us anyway to show us the house and the various functions. They offered us biscuits and prosecco as a welcome, a much appreciated gesture. The view is simply breathtaking, you can reach the center in a few minutes by car. We had a really nice week, we hope to return! Thanks Ivana for everything
Siamo stati molto bene, l’appartamento era caldo e spazioso, molto confortevole. Siamo arrivati tardi e la signora ci ha aspettato comunque per farci vedere la casa e le varie funzioni. Ci hanno offerto biscotti e prosecco come benvenuto, un gesto molto apprezzato. La vista è semplicemente mozzafiato, in centro ci si può arrivare in pochi minuti con la macchina. Abbiamo passato davvero una bella settimana, speriamo di tornare! Grazie Ivana per tutto

All as per the premises, and some pleasant surprises such as the kindness of the owners and the completeness of the equipment of the hut. There is even a shelf full of tourist brochures as if it were a hotel. It is also a few tens of meters from the intermediate station of the convenient Aosta-Pila cable car. The owner occupies the lower floor and is extremely helpful with guests. A detail: contrary to what usually happens in "rustic " houses, here there are electrical sockets, power strips and multiple sockets that are obviously essential for not working shifts in charging mobile phones and tablets. Large "exploitable " garden. Recommended for families with children.
Tutto come da premesse, e qualche piacevole sorpresa come la gentilezza dei proprietari e la completezza delle dotazioni della baita. C'è addirittura uno scaffale colmo di dépliant turistici come fosse un albergo. Dista inoltre poche decine di metri dalla stazione intermedia della comodissima funivia Aosta-Pila. Il proprietario occupa il piano inferiore ed è disponibilissimo con gli ospiti. Un particplare: al contrario di quel che accade di solito in case "rustiche", qui abbondano prese elettriche, ciabatte e prese multiple che sono ovviamente essenziali per non fare i turni nel caricare cellulari e tablet. Ampio giardino "sfruttabile". Consigliato per famiglie con bambini.
It was a good week, the location conforms to the description, the owner very kind and helpful if needed. You have to do 15 km to go skiing in Courmayeur, 20 km to go to La Thuile and 35 per stack. You have to take the car, it's not a problem, there's the possibility of changing stations. Thanks to Claudia.
A structure conforming to the description, spacious, beautiful living room, beautiful views of the valley. Great location to discover the stations in Val d'Aosta, Courmayeur, La Thuile, Pila. The owner speaks very good French, it is very nice and charming. Thanks Claudia. p
E' stata una buona settimana, la locazione conforme alla descrizione, il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile se c'e bisogno. Si deve fare 15 km per andare sciare a Courmayeur, 20 chilometri per andare a la thuile e 35 per pila. Si deve prendere la macchina, non è un problema, c'è la possibilità di cambiare di stazione. Grazie a Claudia.
Una struttura conforme ala descrizione, spaziosa, bel salone, splendida vista sulla valle. Ottima posizione per scoprire le stazioni in Val d'Aosta, Courmayeur, La Thuile, Pila. La proprietaria parla molto bene francese, è molto simpatica e avvenente. Grazie Claudia. p

Après 2 semaines cet hiver, nous sommes revenus au mois de juin pour randonner dans cette merveilleuse vallée d'Aoste. La position et le confort de l'appartement a été un bienheureux choix car l'accueil et les attentions de Claudia et de sa maman furent un enchantement durant notre séjour. E 'was the first time that we have chosen the solution for a holiday home and I think that will not be the last !!! We were a bit 'worried but at the same time excited about the choice. And we were especially very fortunate in knowing Mrs. Claudia, cheerful, attentive, always present and very kind ... The comfortable, new, clean, responsive to what the announcement offered made us feel "at home " and enjoy our holidays with his daughters and grandchildren. Nearby we found what they needed from the pharmacy daily to tobacco ... ... the supermarket and we also had a visit from a super Santa Claus ... who could ask for more. E' stata la prima volta che abbiamo scelto la soluzione di una casa vacanze e credo che non sarà l'ultima !!! Eravamo un po' preoccupati ma al tempo stesso entusiasti della scelta. E siamo stati soprattutto molto fortunati nel conoscere la signora Claudia, solare, attenta, sempre presente e gentilissima... La struttura confortevole, nuova, pulita, rispondente a quanto l'annuncio offriva ci ha fatto sentire "a casa" e godere le nostre vacanze con le figlie e i nipotini. Nelle vicinanze abbiamo trovato quanto serviva giornalmente dalla farmacia... al tabacchi... al supermercato e abbiamo ricevuto anche la visita di un super Babbo Natale...cosa chiedere di più.
Certamente consigliamo questa bella casa, apprezzerete con lei la cortesia della sua proprietaria!

Very good welcome from the owner, always available for hiking tips, nice rent in a small village, not far from Aosta.
Très bonne accueil de la propriétaire, toujours disponible pour des conseils de randonnée, location agréable dans un petit village tranquille, pas très loin d'Aoste.
This location is recommended both for its very typical character of ancient mountain farm completely renovated with materials of very good quality and excellent taste for decoration. This brand new apartment is very pleasant, spacious, comfortable and convenient to use. The location in a small hamlet provides a relaxing atmosphere. As for the home of the owner, one can only be extremely satisfied. Claudia is very welcoming (welcome cake on arrival), concerned the proper conduct of our stay and watch a perfect guide to inform us about the possible walks and interesting excursions .From addition, she speaks French perfectly well what greatly simplifies trade. The atmosphere is quite conducive to the success of a very pleasant stay. We therefore recommend this accommodation to any person passionate mountain in beautiful surroundings, not to mention the size warmth.
Cette location est à recommander à la fois pour son caractère très typique d'ancienne ferme de montagne complètement rénovée avec des matériaux de très bonne qualité et d’excellent goût pour la décoration.
Cet appartement tout neuf est très agréable à vivre , spacieux , confortable et commode d'utilisation . La localisation dans un petit hameau assure un calme reposant .
Quant à l’accueil de la propriétaire , on ne peut qu'en être extrêmement satisfait . Claudia est très accueillante ( gâteau de bienvenue à l'arrivée ) , soucieuse du bon déroulement de notre séjour et se montre un guide parfait pour nous renseigner sur les randonnées possibles ou les excursions intéressantes .De plus , elle parle parfaitement bien le Français ce qui simplifie grandement les échanges . L'ambiance est tout à fait propice au bon déroulement d'un séjour fort agréable .
Nous recommandons donc cet hébergement pour toute personne passionnée de montagne dans un cadre magnifique , sans oublier la dimension chaleur humaine .
Beautiful apartment on two floors, very clean with two bathrooms, living area and kitchen. I highly recommend it for the exquisite courtesy of the owner.
Bell'appartamento disposto su due piani, molto pulito con doppi servizi igienici, zona giorno e cucina attrezzata. Lo consiglio vivamente anche per la squisita gentilezza della proprietaria.
The place is exceptional for a beautiful view of the surrounding high peaks and around the city of Aosta. Its location near a gondola station eventually allows not to use the car during the stay (as to reach the Pila ski station down to Aosta). Besides skiing or walking, the area is full of all kinds of possible activities, making the stay more attractive.
The owners, who live on the ground floor are very welcoming and helpful (if you need something, you ask them and they will do anything to please).
The accommodation is very nice and provided all the necessary equipment to to feel very at ease during the stay. One small problem: the precise announcement that the bathroom is a low ceiling, and the location of the bath is such that those who have a serious back or hip will certainly refrain from showering.
L'endroit est exceptionnel pour admirer la vue sur les hautes cimes environnantes et les alentours de la ville d’Aoste. Sa situation près d’une station de télécabine permet éventuellement de ne pas utiliser la voiture pendant le séjour (autant pour atteindre la station de ski de Pila que pour descendre à Aoste). Outre le ski ou les balades, la région regorge de toutes sortes d’activités possibles, rendant le séjour plus attrayant.
Les propriétaires, qui résident au rez de chaussée, sont très accueillants et serviables (si vous avez besoin de quelque chose, vous le leur demandez et ils feront tout pour vous satisfaire).
Le logement est très agréable et fourni de tout le matériel nécessaire pour s’y sentir très à son aise pendant le séjour. Un petit bémol : l'annonce précise que la salle de bain est basse de plafond, et l’emplacement de la baignoire est tel que ceux qui ont un grave problème de dos ou de hanche devront certainement s’abstenir de se doucher.
Beautiful cottage, well located with beautiful surroundings and very welcoming owners available. I just regret that it is an apartment which limited the time spent outdoors (not easy to go with the meal!).
Beau chalet, bien situé superbe cadre avec des propriétaires très accueillants et disponibles. J'ai juste regretté que ce soit un appartement ce qui limitait le temps passé en extérieur (pas évident de descendre avec les repas !).
