Very good geographical location. Near the airport and ideal for visiting the island. The apartment, in which we stayed 3 months, is clean and very well appointed and there is nothing missing thanks to Karol, always very caring with us.
We enjoyed not having to wash the sheets: Karol came to pick them up and brought us clean, ironed. Karol is a caring person who does not hesitate to move at the slightest problem and who does everything to make our stay pleasant. We advise the rental of this apartment in every way.

L'appartement, dans lequel nous avons séjourné 3 mois, est propre et très bien agencé et il n'y manque rien grâce à Karol, toujours aux petits soins avec nous.
Nous avons apprécié le fait de ne pas avoir à laver les draps : Karol venait les chercher et nous en ramenait des propres, bien repassés.
Karol est une personne bienveillante qui n'hésite pas à se déplacer au moindre problème et qui fait tout pour nous rendre le séjour agréable.
Nous conseillons donc la location de cet appartement en tout point de vue.

There is nothing missing in the apartment for the comfort and the well being of the vacationers ... 1 parking is a +, the places are rare ..... beautiful white sand beach 50 meters, restaurants and bars nearby ... A small grocery store that offers bread every day (the bread is very good) ... You have to take the car to make the races to 1k500 about .... A hypermarket out of the Gosier direction Point to Pitre about 2km 2km500 .... In a word: GREAT this apartment .... thank you Widney, and if we return to Guadeloupe, it will be at you!!!!
Un bijou cette location.... et une vue magnifique de la terrasse.... exactement ce que l'on voit sur les photos prises par Widney.B.... Un accueil des plus chaleureux avec Carole qui a pris le temps de nous conseiller....Merci aussi pour ce superbe plateau de fruits exotiques de bienvenue... Il ne manque rien dans l'appartement pour le confort et le bien être des vacanciers... 1 parking est un +, les places sont rares..... jolie plage de sable blanc à 50 mètres, restaurants et bars à proximité... Une petite épicerie qui propose du pain chaque jour (le pain est très bon)... Il faut prendre la voiture pour faire les courses à 1k500 environ .... Un hypermarché en sortant de le Gosier direction Point à Pitre environ 2km 2km500.... En un mot: GÉNIAL cet appartement.... merci Widney, et si nous revenons en Guadeloupe, ce sera chez vous!!!!

The location of the apartment is great, Located, not far from the most beautiful beaches of Guadeloupe near the marina for pleasant evenings.

Apartment conforms to the description, clean, functional and ideally located. However, no special attention when we arrived, no first breakfast, not even a bottle of water, despite the high temperatures. We had to go shopping in a hurry. Too bad ?

Cependant, aucune attention particulière lors de notre arrivée,pas de 1er petit déjeuner, même pas une bouteille d'eau, malgré les fortes températures.
Nous avons du faire les courses en catastrophe.

We recommend this rental because it corresponds well to the description and as they say, value for money, nothing to say. We had a problem with the washing machine and the next day we got a new one.. Thanks to Mr. GASTON P. the owner and also to his very nice brother ÉMILE who lives next to the rental. . Only downside, you need a car because Sainte Anne is a few kilometers away and in Guadeloupe the car is essential if you want to visit a little.
Nous recommandons cette location car elle correspond bien à la description et comme on le dit, rapport qualité /prix, rien à dire.
Nous avons eu un problème avec la machine à laver et dès le lendemain nous en avons eu une neuve..

Seul bémol, il faut une voiture car Sainte Anne est à quelques kilomètres et en Guadeloupe la voiture est indispensable si l’on veut visiter un peu.
Excellent stay of 3 weeks in this rental very well located on the seafront and near the center of Ste Anne. The very friendly owner gave us some tips for tours and restaurants that proved helpful when you do not know the area. Much to see and do in Guadeloupe we hope to return.
Excellent séjour de 3 semaines dans cette location très bien située en bord de mer et à proximité du centre de Ste Anne. Le propriétaire fort sympathique nous a donné quelques conseils pour les visites et les restaurants qui se sont avérés utiles quand on ne connaît pas la région. Beaucoup à voir et à faire en Guadeloupe nous espérons y retourner.
Very good stay in the house of Mr. P. The welcome was done by his brother, welcoming, friendly ..... The house is very well equipped, we did not expect to find so many things. Very nice environment, the inhabitants of the surrounding houses very friendly, always a nice word when they passed. We felt good at home. A rental that we recommend without hesitation. We will return in principle next year.
Très bon séjour dans la maison de Monsieur P. L'accueil s'est fait par son frère, accueillant, sympathique..... La maison est très bien équipée, on ne s'attendait pas trouver autant de choses. Très bel environnement, les habitants des maisons environnante très sympathiques, toujours un mot gentil quand ils passaient. On se sentait bien chez nous. Une location qu'on recommande sans hésitation. On y retournera en principe l'année prochaine.
This was a great location where we could easily walk into town and the main beach in Saint Anne. Although we spent a lot of time on the beach right in front of the condo or on the balcony. It was nice to have the AC at night to sleep and the condo had everything we needed.
Excellent reception, previously contact by mail and telephone to arrange schedules. The duplex is on the first line of a small beach but five minutes walk from the center. Nice, quiet and safe site. Parking within the urbanization, clean apartment, comfortable and with all the necessary utensils for a stay like home. Absolutely recommended
Excelente acogida, previamente contacto por mail y telefono para concertar horarios. El duplex está en primera línea de una pequeña playa pero a cinco minutos a pie del centro. Sitio agradable, tranquilo y seguro. Parking dentro de la urbanización, apartamento limpio, cómodo y con todos los utensilios necesarios para una estancia como en casa.

Conveniently located next to the beach of the village of Sainte Anne and the market, and the route of Saint Francis. Apartment very well equipped and comfortable. Its major advantage is the terrace with a splendid view of the sea ... a few meters only! Excellent home elsewhere. Thank you again !!!
