The appartment situated in Meribel Mottaret was excellent, very clean, and even with more features than described. The heated ski chamber situated at the entrance of the chalet was very helpful. The host was very supportive, answered immediately to our messages, and gave us exact indications. No WIFI. We would come back any time.
Good location. Property as advertised. We stayed as 4 adults and 2 small children and we were comfortable. Hélène was easy to deal with and always super helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is fully liveable and comfortable.
It's equipped with all necessary accessories, for cooking with an induction hob and microwave oven. There is also a dishwasher and a Washing machine for those who need them.
The hotel has a terrace where you can see a wonderful view of the gulf.
I suggest a vacation in this apartment.

Moreover there is a person that lives on site who will give you the keys in case you need anything, he is always kind.
Every now and then you get lucky and find an amazing home-from-home rental accommodation. Trust me, this is one of those 5* gems! Where do I start?
Clearly Marc & Patricia have put an enormous amount of thought and effort into making this chalet a home with everything you could possibly want. I believe this chalet was recently renovated during 2021 and so everything feels new.
The kitchen is truly well equipped…plenty of large and small plates, bowls, cutlery, glasses (both wine glasses and flutes, tumblers and pint glasses), mugs, cups, cooking utensils, pots and pans, to cater for ‘WELL OVER’ 12 people (we were 8, so plenty to spare). There is a dishwasher and also both a Fondue and Raclette set for those adventurous cooks, oh….and a sandwich toaster. Also provided is a Nespresso machine…we took our coffee pods but I believe you can buy pods in Tignes Le Lac if you forget to take your own. Our favourite kitchen device however was the table top ice maker…. perfect for that G&T after a hard day on the slopes!
The chalet has 4 large bedrooms all with en-suite with plenty of storage space. The beds were very comfortable. Three of the bedrooms have additional beds - two of those bedrooms having slightly smaller mattresses large enough for say a 13/14 year old depending on their height.
The lounge has plenty of comfortable seating and a huge dining table overlooking the enormous outside terrace and the beautiful views across the lake to Val Claret and the mountain beyond. The lounge has an open fire and plenty of wood to burn is supplied. The lounge also has a Bluetooth speaker to connect your own devices to (we hard wired our mobile phones as we couldn’t figure out the Bluetooth connection after a few glasses of wine!! Likely it was the wine which affected our senses than the speaker itself, so I’m sure anyone that’s tech savvy would be able to figure it out and if not, Marc is always available to help!). The lounge is also equipped with a smart TV and DVD and also has the ability to connect up a laptop.
The outside terrace is huge and we were lucky enough to bask in glorious sunshine for 4 days out of the 6 when we returned from the slopes. There is an outside BBQ (gas I think) and Wood Burner that unfortunately we didn’t get to try, but great as an option should you wish to use them.
There is plenty of WIFI throughout the chalet and not once did anyone moan about poor connectivity….not even when all 8 of us were on our devices!!
The chalet has it’s own private cinema room and sauna (for use solely by the occupants of this chalet…i.e. not shared with anyone) – additional towels are provided for the sauna. The cinema room has great surround-sound and you can connect to pretty much anything…Apple TV, Netflix, Prime, Disney, your own laptop and there are plenty of DVDs to choose from in the chalet should you not want to bring your own.
The chalet has its own private (not shared) boot warmer and ski rack, enough for at least 12 sets, conveniently positioned inside the chalet by the front door.
The owners Marc and Patricia are extremely welcoming and friendly. They are very close by should you need anything. Should you arrive in Tignes early before check-in or leave Tignes later after check-out, they will try and be as flexible as possible but if it’s not possible you can safely store your luggage in Marc and Patricia’s locked garage and head into town.
The walk into town where the ski schools meet takes no more than 5 minutes. Here you’ll also find a great supermarket with plenty of choice as well as plenty of restaurants nearby (I suggest you book 3-4 days in advance in peak season).

Great house, everything was available what we could wish for. Just a few minutes walking to the lifts, apres ski, supermarkets and restaurants. Super friendly staff who can recommend a great amount of apres ski places and restaurants, which were really good.
Communication was slow from time to time, however as I have understood this was because of personal circumstances, which is very understandable.
In short, we had a great time and can greatly recommend this house!
Great apartment perfectly prepared with all things one might ever need. The description fits 100%. Great host guiding you through the process with immediate response in case of questions (no single call was required).
We have been coming here every summer for over 10 years. It is a homely apartment, lovely owners and friendly neighbours, with stunning views from the big balcony over the sea. The apartment (first floor) is not fully modernised, it is full of character and that is why we enjoy it so much. It is very well equipped, especially the large kitchen.
The property has off street parking, and is a 2 minute walk from the market place and all the town's shops, restaurants and other amenities.

The apartment was clean (we only had to wash some dishes that were not perfectly cleaned in the dish washer). The landlord was extremely friendly and answered all inquiries immediately. We were very happy with this apartment.
We booked this accommodation for a week over Christmas. The location is a short drive to Gerardmer ski slopes and not far to La Bresse. The accommodation was very clean and had everything we needed. The two bedrooms were spacious with comfy beds. The owner was very friendly and helpful (many thanks for the bottle of Champagne awaiting us) despite us not speaking the same language we were able to work out what each of us were saying. Recommend
Exceptional property, well equipped for self catering and ideal for a family, only steps away from an amazing bakery, equipment hire, grocery store and importantly easy access to the slopes, with the added bonus of a free parking space if you're driving...we'll definitely be back!!
Great location - a minute walk from the lake and 5 minutes walk to the old town. Very comfortable accommodation and everything you need for your stay. Supermarket in walking distance - 10 minutes.
Parking fees have been introduced so there is a slight extra cost if you have a car but it was 7 Euro per day and free Sunday. There are a few free parking spaces in the next road but there was an event on by the lake so it was closed off for a few days. However it is easy to pay with an app and I paid the night before if we didn't want to head out before 9 a.m.
Lovely area and the apartment was a good base for us.

This apartment was very good, clean and provided with all we needed. The owner was there like we've agreed. Good explanation of the goings in the apartment and in La Baulle. Very central situated apartment. Very good place for a holiday with a great view to the beach.

We had a lovely holiday at Les Mimosas. Everything was spotlessly clean and the apartment was well equipped. Our hostess made us feel very welcome, with fresh fruit and supplies on arrival and was very flexible in accommodating our arrival time, even though our flight had been delayed. The views from the balcony were great, and our children enjoyed the swimming pools and nearby beaches. It was a great location in a beautiful, peaceful spot. Would definitely recommend.
