We loved staying here as it is so close to the ski slopes and all the amenities that Chamonix town has to offer and we will be back next year, for sure :-)
We loved this apartment. We stayed for a week, my husband, son, and I. The bedroom is spacious, the kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated and very nice, and the living room is a perfect size. It's very close to the Savoy lift and to the center of town. There's underground parking which is also very convenient. The owner is very accommodating and replies promptly to emails. We would definitely rent it again, and we highly recommend it!!
Impeccable apartment, very cozy, with breathtaking views of the Bossons glacier and Mont Blanc very close to transport in a quiet area and the start of many walks. TO DATE THE TOP ONE!

An excellent stay and a satisfactory rental at all points of view. Friendly welcome, rental very pretty, practical, zero defects and so well located in the heart of the resort. Very convenient and close connection with the buses to the different ski areas. We loved our stay and will come back to this rental which we highly recommend.

Apartment very well located, close to the town center and ski lifts with direct access to the Brevent area. We came twice and we appreciated the improvements in the kitchen and bathroom, the apartment is very nice and have everything necessary for a good holiday. The closed parking is also very convenient in the neighborhood. We will return as soon as possible ...
Appartement très bien situé, à proximité du centre-ville et des remontées mécaniques avec un accès direct au domaine du Brevent. Nous sommes venus deux fois et nous avons apprécié les améliorations apportées au niveau de la cuisine et de la salle de bain, l'appartement étant très agréable et disposant de tout ce qui est nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances.
Le parking fermé est également très pratique dans le quartier.
Nous reviendrons dès que possible...

Everything is very clean even the residence is cleaned every day.The location is beautiful and thank you for Nathalie who was able to be much trouble. I really recommend it 100 percent everything was perfect, strongly next year. The apartment is very well located, ideal when you have kids slopes are right next door. My kids were thrilled. I recommend eyes closed very soon.
Location au top. Le logement est neuf, tout est parfait et moderne et le matériel est vraiment opérationnel. Tout est très propre même la résidence est nettoyée tous les jours.Le lieu est splendide et un grand merci pour Nathalie qui a su être à nos petits soins. Vraiment je recommande à 100 pour cent tout a été parfait, vivement l'année prochaine. L'appartement est très bien situé, idéal quand on a des enfants Les pistes sont juste à côté. Mes enfants ont été ravis. Je recommande les yeux fermés A très bientôt.
Adequate housing close to all facilities and trails, quiet, well maintained. The manager is very attentive and knowledgeable. Would recommend for a small family just because some small level storage

Close to sports center and Dolonne cable car - some 800m from Courmayeour center.
Everything clean, tidy and functional.

Not easy to find - actually almost at the end of the small narrow lane. Quite small accommodation but just manageable for 4. Very small kitchenette area in particular with no work surfaces to prepare food. Sofa bed is ok as a bed but not a comfy sofa and only hard back dining chairs to sit on. Fridge noisy (needed to switch this off at night). Clean (not spotless), very basic but warm with lots of hot bath/shower water when needed. Lovely views from the balcony. Easy walk downhill to gondola station (not so easy back as very steep). Nice stroll away from town (approx 20 mins) which is lovely and has plenty of shops/bars/ restaurants. Great boulangerie close by. Great ski area so for the apartment price (we stayed at half term) we cant really complain too much.
This was an excellent, well positioned property with every conceivable item within its inventory needed to make your stay pleasurable. A very very minor criticism, from the children anyway, was that there was no English speaking TV. To us adults this was not an issue. The owner David Mermoud, we found to be very helpful and courteous. I have no hesitation in recommending this property and we will without doubt be returning.
