Good location. Property as advertised. We stayed as 4 adults and 2 small children and we were comfortable. Hélène was easy to deal with and always super helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was superb - small but perfectly formed and exactly as described The owner had made sure there was everything available (cleaning products; coffee filter papers, etc) and he attended as planned and took the deposit etc. Perfect location - right in the middle of the village and near nice bars and restaurants and ski hire.
We had a great stay in Avoriaz, the apartment was amazing. Lots of space and plenty of showers and toilets to accommodate everyone. Great views over the centre of Avoriaz. Apartment had all equipment that you would need. Especially I would like to thank the owners who managed to accommodate a late check out which gave us the opportunity to ski the morning of our departure. Overall we were all extremely happy with our weekend away and I can convey enough how helpful the owners were with everything that we asked.. We would highly recommend this apartment. We had a very nice week, the apartment is very comfortable, quality equipment (very comfortable mattress, washing machine). The accommodation is very functional, perfectly exposed, a total change of scenery. It is located at the bottom of the center of the resort, easily accessible on foot with a sled return (extra!) the children (10/12 years old) loved it. The owner is available, the Top.
Nous avons passé une très belle semaine, l'appartement est très confortable, équipements de qualité (matelas très confortable, lave linge). Le logement est très fonctionnel, parfaitement exposé, dépaysement total. Il est situé en bas du centre de la station, accessible facilement à pied avec un retour en luge (extra!) les enfants (10/12ans) ont adoré. La propriétaire est disponible, le Top.
Small well appointed apartment with everything you need. We stayed there with our three children with no problem. The view from the balcony is magnificent. Very friendly owner, very warm welcome despite our delay. To advice

A very nice apartment, we were 6 people, beds were made on arrival and it was very clean. It is on the slopes. It is located on the 11th floor and can be easily reached by elevator. Nice contact with the owner.
Een heel fijn appartement, wij waren met 6 personen , bedden waren opgemaakt bij aankomst en hetxwas zeer schoon . Het ligt aan de piste . Het ligt op de 11 e verdieping , is goed met de lift te bereiken . Fijn contact met de eigenaar .

Perfect rental! Clean and really functional apartment; the first time you don't crash into an apartment on the ski! Everything is clean and there is everything you need. The bedding is very very good. Really satisfied with this rental. Also, you just have to go down to the bottom of the building to have the Sherpa with everything you need for shopping and baking. Finally, we go skiing at the feet and chairlift at the bottom of the slope. It really is wonderful. There is nothing to say. Restaurants, ski rental shops, everything is in the immediate vicinity. Regarding the owner, it's wonderful to come across such a nice person! I recommend. You are not going to be disappointed, impossible.
Location parfaite! Appartement propre et vraiment fonctionnel; la première fois qu’on ne s’écrase pas dans un appartement au ski! Tout est propre et il y a tout ce qu’il faut. La literie est très très bien. Vraiment satisfaite de cette location.
Aussi, il suffit de descendre en bas de l’immeuble pour avoir le Sherpa avec tout ce qu’il faut pour faire les courses et boulangerie.
Enfin, on part ski au pieds et télésiège en bas de la piste. C’est vraiment merveilleux. Il n’y a rien à dire.
Restaurants, magasins de location de ski, tout est à proximité immédiate.
Concernant le propriétaire, c’est magnifique de tomber sur une personne aussi gentille!
Je recommande. Vous n’allez pas être déçus, impossible.

Very clean and functional apartment. Everything you need to cook without running out of dishes. The washing machine is a big plus when you have children. The rental companies are very friendly and accessible. Ski departure and that's the best. Staff at the reception agency super smiling and welcoming.

Comfortable apartment, well appointed and very well located near the parking of the Cliff (no need to pay for luggage transport), shops (bakery, Sherpa store and good restaurants a few meters) and slopes (ski departure to feet), not to mention that one can also buy the lift pass on the ground floor. The bedding is comfortable, the bathrooms are practical and the equipment is functional. Good availability of the concierge for the delivery of keys upon arrival. Everything you need for a successful stay with friends (in our case) or with your family. The owner was kind enough to leave us the apartment until early afternoon because it was not rented after our booking, a gesture very appreciated. To recommend without reservations.
Appartement confortable, bien aménagé et très bien situé à proximité du parking de la Falaise (pas besoin de payer un transport pour les bagages), des commerces (boulangerie, magasin Sherpa et bons petits restos à quelques mètres) et des pistes (départ skis aux pieds), sans compter qu'on peut aussi acheter le forfait remontées mécaniques au rez-de-chaussée. La literie est confortable, les salles de bain pratiques et les équipements fonctionnels. Bonne disponibilité de la conciergerie pour la remise des clés dès l'arrivée. Tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour réussi entre amis (dans notre cas) ou en famille. La propriétaire a eu l'amabilité de nous laisser l'appartement jusqu'en début d'après-midi car il n'était pas loué après notre réservation, un geste très apprécié. A recommander sans réserves.
Ideal location although a bit noisy at night. Despite the small surface, the layout of the apartment gives the impression of having more space.

A very nice apartment with these 2 bathrooms, one perfectly renovated with heated towel rail, very nice when the ski clothes are wet! A complete cookware that makes you feel at home, nothing is missing! Ideally placed in the resort, both by being able to walk at the foot of the building and by the proximity of shops. We highly recommend! (Note however that 6 people is perfect, 8 it must start to be more complicated because little space to store the contents of the bags ...)
Un appartement très agréable avec ces 2 salles de bains, dont une parfaitement rénovée avec sèche-serviette, très appréciable quand les habits de ski sont mouillés ! Une batterie de cuisine complète qui permet de se sentir comme à la maison, rien ne manque !
Idéalement placé dans la station, tant par le fait de pouvoir chausser au pied de l'immeuble que par la proximité des commerces.
Nous recommandons vivement !
(A noter cependant qu'à 6 personnes c'est parfait, à 8 ça doit commencer à être plus compliqué car peu de place pour ranger le contenu des valises...)
