We loved staying here as it is so close to the ski slopes and all the amenities that Chamonix town has to offer and we will be back next year, for sure :-)
This apartment is the best one in the area that we have ever rented. The finish and equipment are of a very high standard, the views are incredible, the location is very convenient for the village but also very peaceful and the owner is very welcoming and responds to any problems immediately. We will definitely look to rent this property again in the future.
Beautiful apartment in a brand newly built block. The apartment was beautifully furnished and very well equipped. It was very comfortable and very centrally located. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would definitely consider returning when we go back again. The owner was very welcoming and accommodating and quick to respond to emails.

Great place in a perfect location (10 mins walk from lift and in the heart of town).
Would have preferred to have had online booking/ payment but e-mails and other arrangements worked fine.
We loved this apartment. We stayed for a week, my husband, son, and I. The bedroom is spacious, the kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated and very nice, and the living room is a perfect size. It's very close to the Savoy lift and to the center of town. There's underground parking which is also very convenient. The owner is very accommodating and replies promptly to emails. We would definitely rent it again, and we highly recommend it!!
My wife and I stayed for 6 weeks. Great location, less than 5 minute walk to town centre. Good sized balcony for a studio with stunning view. All as advertised, seperate bunk room very useful and kitchen well stocked with pots and pans, etc. Close to ski bus stop and always a parking space available outside. Well soundproofed so very little noise from neighbours. Bed in lounge was comfy. Nice shower. Good value and would definitely stay here again. Owner and contact in town very nice and helpful. Quick to respond to questions.
Not easy to find - actually almost at the end of the small narrow lane. Quite small accommodation but just manageable for 4. Very small kitchenette area in particular with no work surfaces to prepare food. Sofa bed is ok as a bed but not a comfy sofa and only hard back dining chairs to sit on. Fridge noisy (needed to switch this off at night). Clean (not spotless), very basic but warm with lots of hot bath/shower water when needed. Lovely views from the balcony. Easy walk downhill to gondola station (not so easy back as very steep). Nice stroll away from town (approx 20 mins) which is lovely and has plenty of shops/bars/ restaurants. Great boulangerie close by. Great ski area so for the apartment price (we stayed at half term) we cant really complain too much.
A superb Chalet for any season, we had seven young kids with us and they loved it. Franck the owner is friendly courteous and helpful and we would all like to say thanks to him for making our stay so pleassant. There is so much skiing in easy reach and even late in the season most slopes were open. Flaine whilst not pretty is contained, safe and great for young children.
The Chalet was in great condition having been only recently renovated, with everything you could wish for. Go there!
Very comfortable apartment in a residence very well located in the resort, no complaints about the cleanliness and equipment. Magnificent view from the garden over the mountains. I would rent again without hesitation. Very pleasant contact with the owner keen to give you some good information and advice on the resort

Chalet larger than the photos suggest. Lots of beds but it is difficult to go upstairs. You have to be pretty alert. The living room and living room allow us to eat for around ten people. As for access to the Grand Domaine, it's a bit long. You have to go to the eggs by car. We arrive at Morillon 1100 and there is a queue to go up to 1800. The chalet is very pleasant to live in, very cute, in its original style and very warm. Space for rental in the mountains feels good!!
Chalet plus grand que ne laissent supposer les photos. Bcp de couchages mais il est difficile de monter à l'étage. Il faut être plutôt alerte. Le salon et le séjour nous permettent de manger à une dizaine de personnes. En ce qui concerne l'accès au Grand Domaine c'est un peu long. Il faut aller aux oeufs en voiture. On arrive à Morillon 1100 et là il y a la queue pour monter à 1800. Le chalet est très agréable à vivre, tout mignon, dans son jus et très chaleureux. De l'espace pour une location à la montagne, ça fait du bien !!
Charming chalet with everything you need for a lovely week of family vacation. The ski bus passes right next door which is ideal, and a few minutes from the village center with supermarket and restaurants. Very affordable price!
