Mrs. Eulalia who received us, very nice and attentive to what we might need.
What is a bit annoying (although it was already stated in the advertisement), is that the terrace is shared with the apartment below, without any kind of separation between the two parts.

Regarding the separation on the terrace, I had put a removable screen which only remained for 2 years, damaged by the wind. Indeed, it is not possible to make holes in the ground, because under the tiling, tar plates ensure the sealing for the lower level. As the waterproofing and the tiling were refurbished at the beginning of the year, I plan to install planters on which will hang partition panels.
En ce qui concerne la séparation sur la terrasse, j'avais mis un brise-vue amovible qui n'est resté que 2 ans, dégradé par le vent. En effet, il n'est pas possible de faire des trous dans le sol, car sous le carrelage, des plaques en goudron assurent l'étanchéité pour le niveau inférieur. Comme l'imperméabilisation et le carrelage ont été remis à neuf en début d'année, j'envisage prochainement d'installer des jardinières sur lesquelles s'accrocheront des panneaux de séparation.

Negative point the toilets that are in the bathroom (not very practical in the morning for six adults).
Barbecue outdated and too small.
Otherwise the beach is 100m and the reception is friendly.

Regarding the 2 negative points:
- WC in the bathroom: as a resident in France, I share your point of view, but in Portugal toilets are usually in the bathroom!
Nevertheless, I am planning to remodel the bathroom and make a separate cabinet for the WC.
- for the barbecue, it's true that he is old: I'll change it this summer.

En ce qui concerne les 2 points négatifs :
- WC dans la salle de bain : en tant que résident en France, je partage votre point de vue, mais au Portugal les WC sont en général dans la salle de bains !
Néanmoins, j’ai en projet de réaménager la salle de bains et faire un cabinet séparé pour les WC.
- pour le barbecue, c'est vrai qu'il est âgé : je le changerai cet été.
