House located in the countryside, under the Tuscan sun in the town of Cortona on the border of green Umbria.
Surrounded by a garden with shrubs, flowers and plants (olive trees, oaks, roses, rosemary, sage, oregano, mint, lavender ..), it has a large parking space inside the property, private pool with Roman steps, outdoor solar shower hot and cold water, BBQ with a table in the garden.
The whole property (including the pool) is fenced for the safety of children and is for the EXCLUSIVE USE of guests, YOU WILL BE THE ONLY GUESTS TO USE THE HOUSE AND POOL.
The house is well equipped and decorated with local traditional Tuscan masonry, old local Tuscan brick floors, beamed ceilings and rafters in chestnut wood and original bricks, chestnut doors.
There is a washing machine and dishwasher.
Facilities such as banks, post office, supermarket etc. are just a few minutes drive in the neighboring area.
The nearby expressway is at 4 km / highway 14 km. You can reach all the most important cultural and tourist sites located in Tuscany and Umbria (Cortona, Arezzo, Siena, Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio...)
