Excellent villa!! We had an incredibly good time there. The villa is very comfortable and sparkling clean. It has all the needed amenities. It has a nice swimming pool and a beautiful terrace with an amazing sea view where you can sunbathe, take a cup of coffee, or take your meals. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. There are small shops/delis nearby and the beach is walking distance. Thank you, Nathalie and Jean Michel, for your warm welcoming. Hope to stay there again soon! I highly recommend it!!
We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. Christine was lovely and warmly welcomed us. The location was perfect, everything we needed was in walking distance and we loved Antibes! The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was well equipped. We will definitely be back soon.
Lovely house with fantastic view! We were 9 persons and there was plenty of space for all of us. The children (4, 9 and 14) enjoyed the pool.

Very nice and quiet location, clean apartment. We easily found everything we needed including kitchenware, TV, bathroom and an air conditioner of cause! All electrical equipment worked without any fault.
The contact person responded promptly on the number provided, she was kind and efficient.

For anyone searching for a great holiday villa, my wife and I are very pleased to recommend this place, we booked 5 nights with our 8-month-old but ended up staying for 7. We found the villa to be very comfortable, and our hosts Francois and Monique very accommodating. It's nearly new, self contained and has modern furnishings. It's bright and airy and quite private. The balcony has excellent views over the valley to the sunset and pool below. It's a comfortable 10 mins drive from la napoule marina, very well located for day trips to Nice, Antibes, Cannes, St. Tropez and the Esterel National Park area.
Francois's good English and great local knowledge helped us discover some very scenic villages nearby including Monteraux, Callian and Saint Czeare-sur-Siagne.
There's a baby cot and tub for baby and many English cable tv channels.

I stayed in this apartment for sixteen days with my husband and 16 yr old daughter and it was absolutely idyllic. We arrived late on a Friday night, hot and thirsty with no chance to stop on the way to pick up food or even a bottle of water. Francois and his lovely wife met us, showed us around, opened the fridge to reveal water, orange juice, Rose, and a couple of beers. There was even coffee for the morning! This was so appreciated.
This apartment is out in the sticks....you do need a car. It is very mountainous and has the most amazing hairpin bends. Having nearly died from fright the first day or so, I became completely blase about falling off the side of the mountain. Having said this apartment is out in the sticks....it is out in the sticks with the best of them and it is not too far out. Pierre Cardin has a villa in the l'Esterelle. It is very exclusive.
The other great thing is that you are only literally ten miniutes drive from anywhere. You can get to the beaches, the supermarket and Cannes within 10 or so minutes. This is a great place for hikers...we did Mt. Vinaigre and there are lots of other great walks around.
Francois was a perfect host, he loaned us books and gave us tips on where to go.
We also adored the swimming pool.. We have come back to a heatwave in Ireland and we are missing that pool.

We have access to a super pleasant exterior, a private parking space and the rental is less than 10 minutes walk from the city center and the beach. Thank you for the great time in this bright, spacious and very well-equipped and very clean holiday apartment. The double bed is very comfortable, the dishwasher and washing machine are extremely practical! You can have a great breakfast (great sunrises!) and relax on the two large balconies. A big plus: your own parking space for your car in the enclosed courtyard. The location of the apartment is perfect. It is quiet and you can walk to the sea in 400 meters, or in the other direction right to the supermarket and several restaurants. The Japanese restaurant in particular (300 meters away) is open every day until 10 p.m. - great food to take away too! The landlords are very lovely and really take a lot of time to give tips and answer questions - not just when handing over but throughout the entire time. We would love to come back - certainly again in the low season!
Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit in dieser hellen, geräumigen und sehr gut ausgestatteten und sehr sauberen Ferienwohnung. Das Doppelbett ist sehr bequem, der Geschirrspüler und die Waschmaschine äußerst praktisch! Auf den beiden großen Balkonen kann man super frühstücken (tolle Sonnenaufgänge!) und ausspannen. Ein großes Plus: der eigene Parkplatz für das Auto im abgeschlossenen Innenhof. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Es ist ruhig und man ist zu Fuß in 400 Metern am Meer, oder in die andere Richtung gleich beim Supermarkt und mehreren Restaurants. Gerade das japanische Restaurant (300 Meter entfernt) hat täglich bis 22 Uhr offen - super Essen auch zum Mitnehmen! Die Vermieter sind sehr liebenswert und nehmen sich wirklich viel Zeit um Tipps zu geben und Fragen zu beantworten - nicht nur bei der Übergabe sondern die gesamte Zeit über. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder - sicherlich wieder in der Nebensaison!
We had a very good stay in this apartment which is very pleasant, spacious, very clean, there is a magnificent garden to relax in and have meals on the terrace. The city center and the beach are close, no need to take the car which can be parked in a closed car park. In addition, we are very well received by Mrs. B. who is a very kind, helpful person, always smiling, really very pleasant. I recommend this rental without hesitation.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement qui est très agréable, spacieux, très propre, il y a un magnifique jardin pour se détendre, prendre les repas sur la terrasse.
Le centre ville et la plage sont proches, pas besoin de prendre la voiture qui peut rester garé dans un parking fermé.
De plus, on est très bien accueillie par Mme B. qui est une personne très gentille, serviable, toujours souriante, vraiment très agréable.
Je recommande cette location sans hésiter.

We had two very nice weeks. The house was clean when we arrived. The swimming pool is great. There are plenty of things to do around!! The only downside is the highway which you can hear quite a bit in the evening. Otherwise I recommend the house!!

Great stay in Mrs. B's apartments. Everything was as described in the ad. Very quiet and spacious residence, with great owners (listening, very welcoming and smiling). Close to everything (town center, beach, train station, etc.). Very clean places and a very beautiful garden. A real pleasure to have spent my vacation in this beautiful area. My mom and I will come back with great pleasure!!!

We had a great time. Very warm welcome from Christiane, house consistent with the photos, very well located. No need for a car, we can do everything on foot, close to shops and restaurants, beach 10 mins walk away. There is also the possibility of taking the bus to get around (more distant beaches, hiking in the Esterel).
I recommend this accommodation, we can renew this experience without hesitation.

Très bon accueil de la part de Christiane, maison conforme aux photos, très bien située. Pas besoin de voiture, nous pouvons tout faire à pied, proche commerce et resto, plage à 10 mn à pied.
Il y a également la possibilité de prendre le bus pour se déplacer (plages plus éloignées, rando dans l'Esterel).
Je recommande ce logement, nous pourrons renouveler cette expérience sans hésiter.
We spent a very pleasant week in this villa, the strong point of which is the fantastic view over the entire bay of Agay and the coast to the Gulf of St Tropez. The very well equipped terrace allows you to enjoy a magnificent spectacle at sunset. The owner, extremely responsive, does everything to facilitate the stay of his tenants. We definitely recommend this rental!
Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cette villa dont le point fort est la vue fantastique sur toute la baie d’Agay et la côte jusqu’au golfe de St Tropez. La terrasse très bien équipée permet de jouir d’un spectacle grandiose au coucher du soleil.
Le propriétaire, extrêmement réactif, fait tout pour faciliter le séjour de ses locataires.
