The apartment is ideal for a holiday in this part of Sardinia. The bedrooms are large, the kitchen is well equipped and the outdoor terrace with sea view is wonderful. The location is strategic as, by walking along the internal road in a few minutes (therefore without crossing the provincial road), you reach the first of the enchanting beaches of Chia which are all reachable with a beautiful walk. The owner is very kind and the exchange of information is always complete and fast. Highly recommended.
L'appartamento è l'ideale per una vacanza in questa parte della Sardegna.
Le camere da letto sono ampie, la cucina è ben dotata e la terrazza esterna con vista mare è meravigliosa.
La posizione è strategica in quanto, percorrendo in pochi minuti a piedi la stradina interna (quindi senza attraversare la provinciale), si giunge alla prima delle incantevoli spiagge di Chia che sono tutte raggiungibili con una bellissima passeggiata.
La proprietaria è molto gentile e i lo scambio di informazioni sempre completo e veloce.

Truly relaxing holiday, the house is very welcoming, comfortable and spacious, the beach can be reached in a few minutes on foot via an easy path, if I really have to find a fault it is that there are no deck chairs or sun loungers on the terrace. The owner very nice and helpful. Thanks for a nice vacation. Ps my dog was super good.
Vacanza veramente rilassante, la casa molto accogliente confortevole e spaziosa, l spiaggia si raggiunge in qualche minuto a piedi attraverso un agevole sentiero, se proprio devo trovare un difetto è che non ci sono sdraio o lettini prendisole sulla terrazza. Il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Grazie per la bella vacanza trascorsa. P.s. la mia cagnolina è stata super bene.

Casa bellissima , ben arredata e curata nei minimi particolari . Molto pulita. Spazio esterno vasto e pienamente usufruibile. Unico appunto che però non ha influito sul meraviglioso soggiorno è la mancanza di condizionamento.

We stayed in this house in June 2016, the accommodation is very comfortable, very tastefully decorated and fully equipped with everything you need. The bathroom is spacious and functional. The friendly and helpful owners have given us various indications in order to move on the territory. Very pleasant, enjoyable for a total home relaxing day. Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa nel mese di giugno 2016, l'alloggio è molto confortevole, arredato con molto gusto ed ampiamente accessoriato di tutto il necessario.
Il bagno è spazioso e funzionale. I proprietari gentili e disponibili ci hanno fornito varie indicazioni anche per muoverci sul territorio. Molto piacevole, da godere anche per una giornata di totale relax casalingo. Ringraziamo ancora la Signora Antonella e terremo senza dubbio in considerazione questa soluzione per eventuali vacanze.
We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful apartment Antonella. Very clean, very well decorated, our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 older children) benefited from the large terrace, beautiful dry stone outdoor shower and barbecue. The large rooms at the back of the apartment, were well protected from the heat. We lacked nothing, this trip was perfect for both splendid beaches nearby for all the apartment very well equipped. Antonella thank you for the warm welcome and the attention it has brought us. A highly recommended!
Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique dans le superbe appartement d'Antonella. Très propre, très bien décoré, notre famille de 4 (2 adultes et 2 grands enfants) a profité de la grande terrasse ombragée, de la belle douche extérieure en pierres sèches et du barbecue. Les vastes chambres, au fond de l'appartement, étaient bien à l'abri de la chaleur. Nous n'avons manqué de rien, ce séjour fut parfait tant pour les plages à proximité toutes splendides que pour l'appartement très bien équipé. Merci à Antonella pour son accueil chaleureux et l attention qu'elle nous a portée. A recommander vivement!
We stayed from 11/07/2015 at 07.24.2015 in 4 adults. The apartment is very nice, clean, equipped with every comfort, the décor has a very nice, and the terrace is beautiful, spacious, with barbecue and outdoor shower. The place is suitable for rest and relaxation, close to beautiful beaches. Mrs. Antonella was very kind, enough to be able to find suitable accommodation for our needs. The second week we were only 2 and gave us the opportunity to move downstairs in the apartment.
Abbiamo soggiornato dall'11/07/2015 al 24/07/2015 in 4 adulti. L'appartamento è molto bello, pulito, dotato di ogni comfort, l'arredamento in stile ha un arredamento molto curato, la terrazza poi è bellissima, ampia, con il barbecue e la doccia esterna. Il luogo è adatto al riposo e al relax, vicino a spiagge bellissime.
La Sig.ra Antonella è stata molto gentile, tanto da riuscire a trovarci una sistemazione adeguata alle nostre esigenze. La seconda settimana eravamo solo in 2 e ci ha dato la possibilità di trasferirci al piano di sotto, nel bilocale.

I have rarely found a home so nicely decorated, very well equipped and clean in the corners. The angle forces the use of the car but the beaches around to see are numerous so it becomes a necessary evil to move in the car.
