great view from the balcony overlooking the pool, garden, mountain and especially the beach not overlooked. A residence with direct access to the beach without crossing a road is a real plus for families with children.
The apartment is spacious with a nice terrace for dining overlooking the sea. You can even sunbathe on the sun beds on the balcony.
We'll be back by next year because we already miss Dénia ...
We are ready to go back and we recommend this property.
An air conditioning option would be welcome.
Apartment consistent with the description, very clean. The terrace is facing west overlooking the sea.
The residence is very beautiful, the gorgeous pool. There in the apartment everything needed for cooking and a brochure presenting the activities to do nearby.

The place is quiet winter and well placed for exploring the area.
The concierge and the owners are very helpful and effective in managing any problems.
In addition, the view from the terrace is beautiful and the grounds were well maintained.
We took advantage of direct access to the beach, a beach very safe with children (downhill slope in the Mediterranean).
Denia and surroundings are human scale. We spent two weeks with our lovely children and would gladly stayed more!

The terrace offers a magnificent view of the bay (sea, coast and mountains) and where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets.
