Everything was perfect, the owner very nice, the rental very well located, nice little balconies, including 1 overlooking the port, nicely decorated... everything is very good.

Very pleasant new apartment particularly well designed and furnished in a beautiful quiet building. On the second floor with elevator. There is everything you need as in a larger rental.It is difficult to point out all the advantages, but here are some of them: Brightness (crossing apartment), two equipped balconies, large bedroom, perfect bedding. Washing machine, dishwasher, well-appointed kitchen with everything you need. Independent WC. Sufficient storage. Beautiful view of the port, local fishermen's market on the quay, large fishmonger and all shops nearby. We are delighted with this stay where we were very well received. To highly recommend.
Très agréable appartement neuf particulièrement bien conçu et aménagé dans un bel immeuble calme. Au second étage avec ascenseur.
On y trouve tout ce qui est nécessaire comme dans une plus grande location.Il est difficile de pointer tous les avantages, mais en voilà quelques-uns : Luminosité (appartement traversant), deux balcons équipés , vaste chambre, literie parfaite. Lave linge, lave-vaisselle, cuisine bien agencée avec tout le nécessaire. WC indépendants. Rangements suffisants. Belle vue sur le port, marché des pêcheurs locaux sur le quai, grande poissonnerie et tous commerces en toute proximité.
Nous sommes ravis de ce séjour où nous avons été très bien accueillis.

Very good rental. Everything was good, enough dishes and utensils. A small dish washer would be welcome. Mrs D. is charming and made us very welcome, and offered us 1/2 bottle of cider. We thank her. We recommend this rental.

Very nice house and nice landlords! Beautiful, spacious rooms with private bathrooms. Nice beds and bed linen. We had a great time! The only downside is that the boiler is not designed for such a large group, despite a short shower. Something should be done about this, as is evident from previous reviews.
Hele fijne woning en aardige verhuurders! Mooie, ruime kamers met eigen sanitair. Fijne bedden en bedlinnen. We hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad!
Enige minpunt is dat de boiler niet is berekend op een dergelijke grote groep, ondanks kort douchen. Hier zou wat aan gedaan moeten worden, blijkt ook al uit eerdere recensies.

We were charmed by the apartment and the welcome from Me Deneu. My husband and I went with our two big boys aged 10 and 14. The size of the apartment is suitable for a family of 4. It is bright and the permanent sea view is pure bliss! We took advantage of the terrace to read, to have a drink, to rest... We have always found a place to park our car close to the residence, even in very good weather. In short, I highly recommend this rental!
Nous avons été charmé par l’appartement et l’accueil de Me Deneu. Mon mari et moi y sommes allés avec nos deux grands garçons de 10 et 14 ans.
La taille de l’appartement est adaptée pour une famille de 4. Il est clair et la vue permanente sur la mer est un pur bonheur! Nous avons profité de la terrasse pour lire, pour apéroter, pour se reposer…
Nous avons toujours trouvé de la place pour garer notre voiture proche de la résidence, même par très beau temps.
Bref, je conseille vivement cette location !
Spacious, very well maintained and attractive gite, where we enjoyed our holiday. In the area you can easily do your shopping, take beautiful nature walks, enjoy the nearby Normandy coast and all kinds of historical locations (including Bayeux and the landing beaches). The French landlords are very friendly and hospitable. Recommended!
Ruime, zeer goed verzorgde en sfeervolle gite, waar we met veel plezier vakantie hebben gevierd. In de omgeving kun je makkelijk boodschappen doen, mooie natuurwandelingen maken, genieten van de nabijgelegen Normandische kust en allerlei historische locaties (o.a. Bayeux en de invasiestranden). De Franse verhuurders zijn heel vriendelijk en gastvrij. Een aanrader!

Hello, we spent a pleasant Ascension weekend in your gite in Normandy. Just next to Bayeux the house is very quiet and well equipped. Just add the squeegees in the showers and the extra shower mats. Bonjour nous avons passé un agréable weekend d'Ascension dans votre gîte en Normandie. Juste à côté de Bayeux la maison est bien au calme et bien équipée. Ajouter juste les raclettes dans les douches et les tapis de douche supplémentaires. Même si nous nous sommes pas vus beaucoup nous sommes heureux de faire votre connaissance. The owners welcomed us very warmly, took the time to introduce us to the region, and show us around the adjoining medieval room. The cottage is atypical with a very neat decor, very clean, quiet. We spent a weekend of May 1st with friends out of time that we will all remember for a long time.

Le gîte est atypique avec 1 décor très soigné, très propre, au calme. Nous avons passé un week-end du 1er Mai entre amis hors du temps dont nous nous souviendrons tous longtemps.

Very nice house, were appreciated a bathroom adjoining each room. 7 very comfortable rooms. Large bright living room. Small negatives in the kitchen which should be resolved quickly. There were 14 of us. Excellent stay.

Owner very welcoming and attentive. Fully equipped apartment with a superb unobstructed view of the sea through the two large French windows. For four people, no problem! So what if you are only two like us! At high tide, the sea is just across the small one-way street. Free parking everywhere. Wonderful vacation!
