Le propriétaire est venu nous récupérer à l'aéroport de Olbie de la montrer La maison.
The maison corresponds to the description of the annonce!
Elle se situe dans a petit hameau au calme, en hauteur en qui explique une magnifique vue sur la mer!
Nous étions 4 adultes en 1 enfant de 3 ans, l'appartement se composé de 2 chambres, lit confortables, et d'un canapé. Elle possède également un jardin clos, pour la soir et pour laisser les enfants courir!
Le propriétaire est vraiment très très gentil, the est disponible en cas de soucis et fait des gros effort pour parler français (nous avons très bien réussi à nous comprendre)
La mer quand a elle est simplement magnifique! He is crowned with the Caraïbes tellement elle est belle, idéal pour les enfants, car elles est peu deep. Swimming pools.
The house is located on a large balcony overlooking the sea, and here it is possible to find a 20h to 2h du matin brands. But nombreuses animations y sont proposées.
Nous y retournerons avec certitude!
It's a good place to stay in this location and enjoy yourself in the bonneVacances!
I must stress that the kindness and helpfulness of Mr Martin and his wife has been exemplary.
Exemplary also his calm and patience even in the discussion phase with the innumerable questions of the case.
The house was very welcoming and respected exactly the description in the site and our expectations.
The house is located on a hill, so very quiet both day and night, but not completely isolated from the world.
Although the house was new, clean and spacious; The terrace outside with a view of all the beaches and the town of Budoni was simply breathtaking. I must confess that in the evening a glass of wine on the terrace at the bottom of the bright lights of the country was for the best.
For no access road problem for us.
Mr Martino very welcome and gave us confidence for the start. If we go back to Sardinia, we will come back here because it was a great time. Of course I highly recommend this property.

A few minutes drive to the supermarket and restaurant highway connecting the central axis of the
Sardinia. NB to emphasize the hospitality of Mr. Martin, who made us feel at home immediately
soon after landed in Olbia we met at the beginning of the highway and brought us up to place the house about 15 minutes away by car.
The first time in Sardinia has left us a beautiful memory all positive.
We hope so much to return

Mr. Martino is precise and gentle beyond all expectations, the cleaning of the house upon arrival perfect, the view of the Gulf of Budoni enjoyed from the garden and from the windows is really unique ..
We were very hot and there is no air conditioning or fan. We had to sleep open windows and doors. Provide products for mosquitoes.
The sorting is customary on the island. We met with the help of Martino leaving instructions on hand to be able to find it (kinds of bags / color bins and day out).
On checkwe made some remarks in relation to small improvements and additional equipment which we believe to be provided for the apartment to be more welcoming. Martino took them into account carefully.
We met several times during our stay, always a quick note to see if all was well. We thank.

In a 5-minute drive away both supermarkets and beaches. Unforgettable dinners on the terrace with a breathtaking view.

The only thing, in the evening there were the mosquitoes and the house does not have mosquito nets.
The road to get there is quite steep but after a few days it becomes a habit.
Overall, the council ... also for the beautiful scenery.
The apartment is newly built and is quite large.
From the apartment you can reach the best beaches in the area in just a few minutes drive away.
Only note to consider is that the road to the house is quite steep and not very large, but once you arrive you can enjoy a breathtaking view and a great stillness. I keep it in mind for our next possible incursions on our beautiful Sardinia.
