The apartment and spacious as in the announcement, great, nothing to say. The place is nice, right next to the beach. We go there on foot, it's good the way we don't dirty the car with sand. The owner is listening, nothing to say. The sun is assured during all the holidays. I recommend this rental.

Hemos estado una semana en la casa y su propietario o sea Pascual ha estado muy atento de que no nos faltará de nada es más nos facilitó una paellera para cocinar que le solicitamos y una sombrilla de playa también, Siempre muy atento a que no nos faltará de nada.
Si tenemos que poner alguna pega simplemente que el agua de la piscina tenía falta de cloro los primeros días cuestión que fue regulada al par o tres de días . Todo casi perfecto un 9/10

La casa es muy cómoda, tiene todo lo que se pueda necesitar, todo está nuevo, las camas, duchas, etc son excelentes y con el añadido de la piscina y el garaje privado.
La situación dentro de San Juan de los Terreros es muy buena a menos de 5 minutos de restaurantes , supermerado, etc.
En cuanto a Pascual y Pilar son muy amables, nos han dado toda clase de facilidades y han contribuido en gran medida a que nuestra estancia sea perfecta.

Nothing to say except that we had a great stay. The rental is located 2 steps from a small supermarket, a few minutes walk from a small beautiful beach with a small bar on the sand. On the spot the car is not useful to go to the restaurant, bakery and other shops. The villa is of a very good standard, very clean, everything works perfectly the exterior layout and the swimming pool are very appreciable. You can bring the car into the property, sheltered from the sun. Mr Pascual, the owner, is charming, very available and attentive to the smooth running of the stay. Rien à dire sinon que nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
La location est située à 2 pas d'un petit supermarché , à quelques minutes à pieds d'une petite plage magnifique avec un petit bar sur le sable.
Sur place la voiture n'est pas utile pour aller au restau, boulangerie et autres commerces.
La villa est de très bon standing, très propre, tout fonctionne parfaitement l'aménagement extérieur et la piscine sont très appréciables. On peut rentrer la voiture dans la propriété, à l'abri du soleil.
Mr Pascual, le propriétaire, est charmant , très disponible et attentif au bon déroulement du séjour.
Bref, nous sommes enchanté de notre séjour
Very beautiful house, Marie-Ange is an owner who takes care of the tenants and listens. Clean, quiet house, right by the beach. We are always afraid to book without knowing but I recommend you, you will not be disappointed for a stay with family or friends. Very nice holidays warmly in Spain

Superb recent villa in a very quiet subdivision. Owners at the top! Friendly and warm welcome. Pascual and Pilar are attentive and very responsive to the slightest problem so that our stay is at its best. The villa is very well equipped with all the comforts and its very popular swimming pool. Sheltered location for a car closed by the gate, possibility of parking other vehicles outside. Villa facing south so sun all day! You can walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, market on Sunday. Great sandy beach, very nice. Superb region, many visits to do. We had a great stay. Thank you Pilar and Pascual for everything and especially for your kindness.

I can only say good things! The clean, new, spacious house, with lots of light, the owners are great people, Pilar is wonderful. I hope to return, it has beautiful coves and beaches and restaurants where you eat well.

We had 2 great weeks with our friends. The owners are very welcoming and available and responsive to our requests. The house is very well placed, everything is nearby (souvenir shops, supermarkets, bars, beaches, markets ...). The house is very well laid out, lots of spaces. The pool and outdoor shower are very nice .. The village of San Juan de Los Terreros is beautiful for its beaches, coves and entertainment and a few km from Aguilas. Thank you again Pilar and Pascual for your welcome and your sympathy and we hope to see you again next year. We highly recommend this rental, you will not be disappointed at all.
Nous avons passé 2 superbes semaines en compagnie de nos amis. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles et réactifs à nos moindres demandes.
La maison est très bien placée, tout est à proximités (magasins de souvenirs, supermarchés, bars, plages, marchés…). La maison est très bien agencée, beaucoup d'espaces. La piscine et sa douche extérieure sont très agréables..
Le village de San Juan de Los Terreros est magnifique pour ses plages, ses criques et ses animations et à quelques Km d'Aguilas.
