The apartment was beautifully appointed and was spotlessly clean. Laurie, the key-holder of the flat for Mr. Ragot, was very helpful and all arrangements were well handled. The apartment was light and airy and the automatic blinds kept it very cool during the warm daytime weather. The area was very quiet, despite being close to the town centre and only a 4-minute walk from the supermarket. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there..........the town is very interesting and the beaches are unspoilt and uncrowded in June. One complaint.......we hired the bed linen and towels for 45E.......bed linen was fine, but there was only one small hand towel each for showering and daily use. Thought that was not good value !! However, everything else was fine.
This is a beautiful apartment - everything you could wish for (other than bed linen and towels - an issue with limited luggage space on budget airlines).
The view is wonderful - the photo does not do it justice. You have a close view of the bay and mountains - breathtaking every time you go out on the sunny balcony.
Air con and all facilities in perfect order. Furniture and fittings all contemporary and good quality.
Great location - 5 minutes walk to the beach and town.

Very quiet location yet a short walk or drive from the beach and all amenities - though a longer walk coming back up the hill! It is hard to imagine a better view from the terrace.

Very good experience for a last minute rental the owner is very responsive the accommodation is very clean and corresponds to the description of the site we had a very good time there in the quiet beautiful view and breathtaking sunset I highly recommend

We had a superb stay in this perfectly located apartment. Indeed, Calvi beach, fine sand and transparent sea, is actually a 2-minute walk away, the very typical town center and the supermarket 10 minutes away on foot. Ideal location! The apartment is very well appointed and equipped. The master suite is very pleasant. Big plus for the multi-exposure terrace which provides shade all day long. The dedicated parking space is very appreciable. We will come back, for sure!
Nous avons passé un superbe séjour au sein de cet appartement parfaitement situé. En effet, la plage de Calvi, sable fin et mer transparente, se trouve réellement à 2 min à pied, le centre-ville très typique et le supermarché à 10 min à pied. Localisation idéale !
L’appartement est très bien agencé et équipé. La suite parentale est très agréable. Gros plus pour la terrasse multi-expositions qui permet d’avoir de l’ombre toute la journée.
La place de parking dédiée est très appréciable.

The house is small but has everything you need to spend a great vacation. The house is inside a condominium, very quiet and with green spaces. The beach is right at the foot, 100 or less. The sea is calm and the water warm. There is a supermarket very close by. It's close to everything. I loved this vacation, I'll be back for sure ?
A habitação é pequena mas tem tudo o que necessitamos para passar umas ótimas férias. A casa fica dentro de um condomínio, muito silencioso e com espaços verdes.
A praia é mesmo ao pé, 100 ou menos. O mar é calmo e a água quente.
Há um supermercado muito perto.
Fica perto de tudo.

All positive, only 3 notes for the purpose of improving the service: the non-sliding bathroom and dressing room doors are uncomfortable. Not enough closet space. It would have been useful to have awnings on the terrace in front of the kitchen for shade in the morning

A very spacious modern apartment where we appreciated its location, Calvi is magnificent, its facilities (very good for babies), its environment, everything is nearby. The reception is pleasant, responsive, and available. We highly recommend this accommodation, to share with family or friends.
