Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et sympathiques. Le logement correspond au descriptif. Nous venions du continent, il faudrait que le linge de toilette et vaisselle soit prévu dans la location.

It was me and my boyfriend in this apartment for 5 days; very nice, clean, central area next to Napoleon's house. Despite being in the center, it is well soundproofed. The owner is very friendly and helpful and recommended a good free parking nearby. If we go back to Ajaccio, we will definitely come back here. Greta
Siamo stati io e il mio fidanzato in questo appartamento per 5 giorni; molto bello, pulito, zona centrale affianco alla casa di Napoleone. Nonostante fosse in centro, è ben insonorizzata. Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile e ci ha consigliato un buon parcheggio lì vicino gratuito.
Se torneremo ad Ajaccio, torneremo sicuramente qui.

I really recommend this rental without any hesitation. Owner very available, my flight was late, I arrived at 9 pm he was waiting for me. 5th without elevator, large steps and half floors, no problem if you have a normal physical form, I am not very young and it allowed me to play sports. Propriétaire très disponible, mon vol avait du retard, je suis arrivée à 21 h il m’attendait.
5 ème sans ascenseur, grandes marches et demi étages, aucun problème si vous avez une forme physique normale, je ne suis pourtant plus très jeune et cela m’a permis de faire du sport.
Appartement impeccable, très bien équipé, clim du tonnerre, au calme et
pourtant quel plaisir en plein centre ville, pas besoin de voiture tous les commerce en bas de l’appartement.

Nice and very well maintained (renewed) apartment in Rue Bonaparte. Centrally located with lots of comfort (TV-Wifi-Air-necessary household appliances, kitchenette, shower, separate sleeping area ...) and ideal for a couple to explore Ajaccio and Corsica. Close to the shops, markets, harbor, restaurants, bakery and supermarket. We spent 14 days enjoying the beautiful weather and beautiful nature (by bus trips). Very good and correct communication with the friendly owner. An absolute must !!!
Mooi en erg verzorgd (vernieuwd) appartement in de Rue Bonaparte. Centraal gelegen met heel wat comfort (TV-Wifi-Airco-nodige huishoudapparaten, keukentje, douche, aparte slaapruimte ...) en ideaal voor een koppel om Ajaccio en Corsica te verkennen. Dicht bij de winkels, marktjes, de haven, restaurants, bakker en supermarkt.
We hebben er 14 dagen genoten van het mooie weer en de prachtige natuur ( via busuitstappen).
Erg goede en correcte communicatie met de vriendelijke eigenaar.

Petit appartement très propre, confortable, coquet et lumineux bien que les fenêtres donnent sur une cour intérieure.
Très bien situé au cœur même de la vielle ville d'Ajaccio.
Idéal pour découvrir les petites ruelles, le vieux port, la place du marché ouvert tous les jours, les petits commerces, les restaurants, les nombreux monuments historiques et immeubles de belle qualité. Et même les plages sont accessibles à pieds. Ah j'oubliai le plus important : Napoléon, on ne peut pas lui échapper, il est partout. Si, si, même dans l'appartement, il y a une fenêtre qui donne sur sa maison natale.

We stayed there my 11 year old daughter and myself for 9 days in April 2015 and were pleasantly surprised, everything is well thought out, we lacked nothing, the space is nice and well arranged and very conveniently located right in the city center where we could have all the necessary shops to our needs. We keep very good memories of our stay and the friendliness of the owner who we was very well received. If I were to visit Ajaccio, I will not hesitate to re-let again.
Nous y avons séjourné ma fille de 11 ans et moi-même durant 9 jours au mois d'avril 2015 et avons été agréablement surprises, tout y est bien pensé, nous n'avons manqué de rien, l'espace est agréable et bien agencé, et très très bien situé plein centre ville où nous avons pu disposer de tous les commerces nécessaires à nos besoins.
Nous gardons un très très bon souvenir de notre séjour et de la gentillesse de la propriétaire qui nous
a très bien accueilli.
Si je dois revenir à Ajaccio, je n'hésiterai pas à le relouer de nouveau.

L'entrée dont les travaux en cours mais arrêtés pour la période de location, ce studio lumineux est aménagé correctement. Calme mais donnant au 1er étage sur une cour non exploitable.
L'accueil sympathique et la disponibilité de Mme Grimaldi + la situation géographique de cette location en centre ville ont fait de notre séjour une réussite. Malgré cela nous ne proposerons pas ce studio pour une personne qui recherche la vue mais le proposerons à une personne qui recherche le confort d'avoir tout à portée de mains, promenades, bords de mer et plages, bus, restos et autres qui rendent bien service lorsqu'on a pas de voiture..
