Excellent property location was ideal and the facilities were excellent much larger than the photos on the website, the hosts were very friendly and accommodating we had an fantastic time. Cancale is a lovely town with lots to do, will return to this rental and recommend to our friends.

We had a very good stay in this ideally located apartment, close to all shops. Very warm welcome from the owners, attentive. Household and bathroom linen is provided which is a plus.

This is the 2nd time that we have rented this accommodation which is exactly as advertised, located in a very quiet street close to shops. We had a very good week. Thanks to Corinne for her warm welcome and her good advice for visiting the region. Very friendly owner and easily reachable if needed. The children loved sleeping on the mezzanine. We will come back without hesitation.

The cottage is very nice. The garden is beautifully landscaped and the view of the sea from the terrace is just great. The landscape with the surrounding bays are great. Many destinations are nearby, we especially liked Dinan. Thank you Anna for your lovely accommodation in this particularly beautiful part of Brittany.
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön. Der Garten ist schön angelegt und der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf das Meer ist einfach super. Die Landschaft mit den umliegenden Badebuchten sind toll. We spent a very good weekend with our children and our grandchildren who took full advantage of the garden. Very pleasant house and the veranda is a plus especially as soon as there is a little sun.

We had a very nice stay at the "Emerald Nest" because the house offers many places for sharing but also for isolation according to everyone's wishes: the veranda is a plus because it is a huge space where life is good; the kids especially loved the table football! Lots of crockery available; the high chair, the baby bath are appreciable, the rooms were very comfortable. The exterior and the garden were also appreciated when it was October like this year. Everything is perfectly maintained and the subdivision is very quiet. In addition, the house is very well located because we are 5 minutes walk from a magnificent beach with a breathtaking landscape. Two other beaches are easily accessible on foot too. We are not far from Cancale and Saint-Malo; but other places are also to be discovered such as the Pointe du Groin or Port-Mère, a magnificent little seaside resort. Finally, I would like to thank Mrs. and Mr. D. for the very serious follow-up they carry out with the tenants, their kindness and the provision of solutions in all circumstances. Stephanie PJ
Nous avons vécu un très beau séjour au "Nid d'Emeraude" car la maison offre de nombreux endroits de partage mais aussi d'isolement selon le souhaits de chacun: la véranda est un plus car c'est un espace immense où il fait bon vivre; les enfants ont particulièrement aimé le baby-foot! Beaucoup de vaisselle à disposition; la chaise haute, la baignoire bébé sont appréciables, les chambres étaient très confortables. L'extérieur et le jardin ont été aussi appréciés quand on a un mois d'octobre comme cette année. Tout est parfaitement entretenu et le lotissement est très calme.
De plus, la maison est très bien située car nous sommes à 5 minutes à pied d'une plage magnifique au paysage époustouflant. Deux autres plages sont facilement accessibles à pied aussi.
Nous ne sommes pas loin de Cancale et de Saint-Malo; mais d'autres endroits sont aussi à découvrir comme la Pointe du Groin ou Port-Mère, magnifique petite station balnéaire.
Enfin, je tiens à remercier Mme et Mr D.pour le suivi très sérieux qu'ils portent aux locataires, leur gentillesse et l'apport de solutions en toutes circonstances.

We really enjoyed it, Ms. Morvan was very friendly and helpful. The house was very clean and really well equipped. The location of the house is ideal, very close to the beach. Especially at night you have heavenly peace. We'd love to come back.
Es hat uns außerordentlich gut gefallen, Frau Morvan war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus war sehr sauber und wirklich gut ausgestattet. Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal, sehr nah am Strand. Vor allem Nachts hat man himmlische Ruhe.

From the telephone reception by Anne to the physical reception by her sister Maryline, everything was perfect! The rental is more than consistent with the description. Very well equipped, we felt at home. We were able to do a week without a car, having taken the bikes. Another strong point and not the least: rental, feet in the water! De l'accueil téléphonique par Anne à l'accueil physique par sa sœur Maryline, tout a été parfait ! La location est plus que conforme au descriptif. Très bien équipée, on s'y est senti comme chez nous. On a pu faire une semaine sans voiture, ayant pris les vélos. Autre point fort et pas des moindres : location, les pieds dans l'eau!
Merci pour tout, nous ne manquerons pas de revenir.

The communication with the landlord was friendly and uncomplicated in advance. We were warmly welcomed on site and the house was handed over in a very good and clean condition. The equipment left nothing to be desired. The location of the accommodation is great. It's really only a few meters to the beach. The entrance to the coastal hiking trail is directly opposite. During the day the parking situation at the beach is a bit tense. From the early evening everything is quiet. We would come back!
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war im Vorfeld freundlich und unkompliziert.
Vor Ort wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen und das Haus wurde in einem sehr guten und sauberen Zustand übergeben.
Die Ausstattung hat an nichts vermissen lassen.
Die Lage der Unterkunft ist toll. Es sind wirklich nur wenige Meter zum Strand. Der Einstieg zum Küstenwanderweg ist direkt gegenüber.
Tagsüber ist die Parksituation bei Strandbetrieb etwas angespannt. Ab dem frühen Abend ist aber alles ruhig.
Wir würden wiederkommen!
Centrally located house, close to MontSaint Michel and extensive cycling options (cycle paths). Good base for day trips to Normandy and Brittany. Owner had many tips about what to do and see in the region, also many good restaurants tipped. Fully furnished house, incl. BBQ and loungers.
Centraal gelegen woning, dichtbij MontSaint Michel en uitgebreide fietsmogelijkheden (fietspaden). Goede uitvalsbasis voor dagtochten naar Normandie en Bretagne. Eigenaresse had veel tips over wat te doen en te zien in de regio,tevens veel goede restaurants getipt. Compleet ingerichte woning, incl.BBQ enligstoelen.
We had a pleasant stay in this rental. Absolutely nothing is missing. Rental in a small quiet alley. Close to the sea on foot. We will be happy to return to this rental. Thank you to the owners as well as to the lady who welcomed us.
