The apartment is super nice, even better in reality than the pictures. It is super well equipped. (Nothing is missing as well as cooking for comfort in general) and wifi tv channels work super well. Renting a car is really not required as everything is nearby, as well as the bus station as shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this property
L'appartement est super agréable, encore mieux en réalité que sur les photos. Il est super bien équipé. (Rien ne manque aussi bien pour cuisiner que pour le confort en général ) le wifi et les chaines de tv fonctionnent hyper bien.
La location d'une voiture n'est vraiment pas obligatoire car tout est à proximité, aussi bien la station de bus que les commerces et restaurants.

M.Matthias all important places to visit. The apartment is 15 minutes drive from Tenerife South airport, it was a single journey on the motorway. A remake and thank Mr. Matthias J.

We enjoyed tremendously your apartment. One can enjoy an ideal location close to the sea and a small village, close enough attractions and leisure offerings. It has the advantage of having a terrace for sunbathing or to admire the scenery. The apartment is very comfortable. We took advantage of the pool, nice when you come back to hike. We are delighted with our stay. We recommend this destination.

Duplex apartment located in a new residential complex or in any case very recent and very well maintained with a nice swimming pool in the middle. There are just across the street to enjoy the beach. The apartment itself has all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay (terrace with barbecue, tv, internet etc ...). The Puertito de Guimar is a small resort away from the mass tourism of the south of the island. The small town center has the necessary stores, but it is recommended to rent a car to explore the island. In this regard, the apartment owner who lives in France is very kind and will give you many useful tips. In the end we spent two wonderful weeks in this place that we recommend without hesitation.
Bel appartement en duplex situé dans un complexe résidentiel neuf ou en tout cas très récent et très bien entretenu avec une agréable piscine commune au milieu. Il y a juste à traverser la rue pour profiter de la plage. L'appartement en lui-même dispose de tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un excellent séjour (terrasse avec barbecue, tv, internet etc...). Le Puertito de Güimar est une toute petite station balnéaire loin du tourisme de masse du sud de l'île. Le petit centre-ville dispose des magasins nécessaires mais il est recommandé de louer une voiture pour partir à la découverte de l'île. A ce sujet, le propriétaire de l'appartement qui habite en France est d'une grande gentillesse et pourra vous donner une multitude de conseils fort utiles. Au final nous avons passé 2 formidables semaines dans cet endroit que nous recommandons sans hésitation.

Nous avons regretté juste une chose, la piscine n'était pas utilisable à la période où nous y étions pour cause de travaux de réfection. Le propriétaire (Mr Janssens) est très coopératif et donne de multiples conseils sur les activités et lieux à visiter aux alentours. Louer une voiture est assez indispensable si vous voulez découvrir les sites exceptionnels de l'île...
