Your opinion follows the inconvenience you had during your stay linked to repairs of the facades of the building and we would like once again to excuse us because of our control.
As mentioned when booking, we did not fail to warn you that the façades were being repaired and you risked being potentially disturbed. You told us at that time that it did not pose any particular problem.
It would have been nice to read your comment as we went on site to discuss together and grant you a refund in restitution to 35% of the rental price in compensation for the inconvenience.

Votre avis fait suite au désagrément que vous avez eu durant votre séjour lié aux travaux de réfection des façades de l'immeuble et nous tenons une nouvelle fois à nous en excuser car indépendant de notre volonté.
Comme indiqué lors de votre réservation, nous n'avions pas omis de vous prévenir que les façades étaient en cours de réfection et que vous risquiez d’être potentiellement dérangé. Vous nous aviez dit à ce moment là que cela ne posait pas de problème particulier.
Il aurait été aussi agréable de lire dans votre commentaire que nous nous sommes rendus sur place pour en discuter ensemble et vous octroyer en dédommagement un remboursement de 35% du prix de la location en réparation de la gêne occasionnée.
